So then, prepare your hearts and minds for action!
Stay alert and fix your hope firmly
on the marvellous grace that is coming to you.
For when Jesus Christ is unveiled,
a greater measure of grace will be released to you.
As God’s obedient children… shape your lives to become like the Holy One who called you.
For Scripture says:
“You are to be holy, because I am holy.”
… It is through Him (Christ) that you now believe in God,
Who raised Him from the dead and glorified Him,
so that you would fasten your faith and hope in God alone.

We are to pay particular attention during these 37 Days of Holiness to God’s call to us “to be holy as He is Holy” — It is imperative in this battle to:

Prepare our hearts and minds for action… Stay alert…
Fix our hope firmly on the marvellous grace that is coming as Jesus Christ is unveiled…
Shape our lives to become like the Holy One who called us…
Live each day with holy awe and reverence…
and Fasten our faith and hope in God alone!

Let’s Pray:
Gracious Father, We ask for greater grace to see You, Lord, with unveiled faces and to fasten our faith and hope in You alone in saving the unborn of our nation. Today we humbly repent and confess that our nation has fallen into the serious sin of idolatry by sacrificing our offspring through legalised abortion.

Jesus, Yeshua, we honor Your sacrifice as the Son of God who died for all humanity — as the Lamb who was slain before the creation of the world. Thank You for forgiveness and making a way with Your Holy, perfect, sinless blood — that as King, Jesus Christ, You have made a way for victory over death.

We acknowledge today we are to walk in holiness because You are Holy! Holy One, we ask You help us diligently prepare our hearts and minds for action! We ask for grace to stay alert and not to lose focus or become distracted from our calling!

Today we magnify You as the Holy One — we want to shape our lives after and to live our lives for You in holy awe and reverence. We thank You for the greater grace needed to flow to defeat the Termination of Pregnancy Bill 2020. Let the Walk for Life on February 6 be a light exposing darkness, as the people of South Australia stand as one against the abortion-to-birth legislation. In Your Holy, Powerful Name, we pray, Jesus. Amen.

To send the intended influential message to our politicians
