Are You Missing in Action?

4.4 MINS

We are in a profound spiritual battle, beset by culture wars. Are you with your compatriots in the fray, or missing from the battlefield?

The term ‘missing in action’ is of course a military one: when a soldier, during, or in the wake of a conflict, is not accounted for, either dead or alive.

The other ‘missing’ context is that of AWOL. Absent without official leave. In other words, likely absconded, nicked off, split the scene.

One person has been in the battle; the other has run from one.

Some are still standing, fighting and moving forward. Others, unfortunately, are found hiding in the back of a dark cave, with a blanket pulled over their heads.

Which One Are We?

Every believer has a choice, just as it has always been, to fight the good fight, or succumb to the rulers of the day. The Old Testament tells so many stories of the Kings of Israel who “did evil in the sight of the Lord”. Hence, the nation was corrupted by every form of evil. Yet, in the midst of the horror being done by evil men, some chose to stand uncorrupted, and proclaim the Truth to the Kings, Priests and inhabitants of God’s land.

The Prophets were feared, respected, hated, loved. They were human and imperfect; some fled from Him, like Jonah. But surely, they knew and reverentially feared God. They knew Him, ‘slow to anger, merciful and long suffering’… Yet just and awesome. They lived and proclaimed the Word of the Lord, in season and out. They were killed for it, more often than not.

The Church of the 21st century is faced with choices, decisions and confrontations coming to us at breakneck speed. Like every generation of believers, we all have a choice to make. The evil agendas being forced upon an unsuspecting, compliant, complacent, or at worst corrupted church are unrelenting.

The Covid fiasco uncovered a deep problem in our midst: governmental funding and compromise.

The massive ongoing cover-up regarding vaccine injuries and deaths will, I pray eventually be exposed for what it is.

The education system is rife with Marxist influences. Christian schools and Catholic schools are not exempt from its influence. Remember Citipointe? We should!

Misguided Voice

The “Voice to Parliament is a not-so-subtle attempt by elites, bad actors and vested interest groups to divide our country along racial lines, again! They just won’t let up.

I strongly urge you to be informed about the insidious undercurrents of this legislation. There is MUCH more to this than meets the eye. Josephine Cashman, a brilliant Australian lawyer with Aboriginal heritage, brings to light ‘things that are hidden’ regarding the influence of overseas actors infiltrating and corrupting our system of government with coercive influences and wicked motives. See www.josephinecashman.com.au  for many stories that should be read by every concerned Australian of all colour.

Senator Jacinta Nampijinpa Price states: The Voice is being led by members of the indigenous elite who’ve spent their lives on the gravy train built on the backs of the misery of the most marginalised and changed nothing for them. The Voice to Parliament is the ‘gravy train’ attempting to ingrain itself into the Constitution, so despite its failures and lack of accountability, it can never be dismantled.

I think it’s Labor who are confused about the detail of the Voice or whether it will be defined before or after a referendum. It’s as clear as mud and the most marginalised indigenous Australians in remote communities haven’t a clue as to what it is or how it’s supposed to support them.

Bioethical Issues

Transgender, LGBTQ assaults us every time we turn on the television. Every wacko with an axe to grind will tell us how a man can have a baby or identify as a cis-pronouned three-horned unicorn with feline tendencies… and if you really love God, you Christian, accept it or else you’re a hater!

Unfortunately, some denominations have gotten themselves hooked onto the sin train, fully endorsing the abominations it is built upon.

As John W. Taylor wrote in Collected Discourses:

“There are wolves among us in sheep’s clothing ready to lead astray our little ones… wolves do not devour old sheep when there are any young ones.”

What about the massive push for euthanasia?

The diabolical abortion human sacrifice across the planet is a god of bloodlust which will not be satiated; the god Molech operates freely in Australia. Every state and territory is complicit in the murder of the most vulnerable, a baby in utero. Body parts are sold. Am I offending you yet? I sincerely hope so!

What did your leaders have to say about any of this?

What has been the ‘official response’ to these issues? Or are our leaders silent, hiding in the back of a dark cave with a blanket pulled over their heads? Make no mistake, I understand, because freedom and truth always have a fight on their hands. Anyone willing to stick their head above the parapet runs the risk of having it shot off.

“The saddest symptom about many so-called Christians is the utter absence of anything like conflict and fight in their Christianity. They eat, they drink, they dress, they work, they amuse themselves, they get money, they spend money, and they go through a scanty round of formal religious services once a week. But of the great spiritual warfare-it’s watchings and struggles, its agonies and anxieties, its battles and contests-of all this they appear to know nothing at all.”
~ J.C. Ryle

“The real damage is done by those millions who want to survive. The honest men who just want to be left in peace. Those who don’t want to live their little lives disturbed by anything bigger than themselves. Those with no sides and no causes. Those who won’t take measure of their own strength, for fear of antagonizing their own weakness. Those who don’t like to make waves — or enemies. Those for whom freedom honor truth and principles are only literature. Those who live small, mate small, die small.”
~ Sophie Scholl, a Christian martyr at age 21.

I believe this is a very relevant quote:

“There was a time when people went to church, heard the truth, and wept over their sins. Today, people go to church and hear a motivational speech, and ignore their sins.”

“God assumed from the beginning that the wise of the world would view Christians as fools… and He has not been disappointed… if I have brought any message today, it is this: have the courage to have your wisdom regarded as stupidity. Be fools for Christ. And have the courage to suffer the contempt of the sophisticated world.”
~ Justice Antonin Scalia (1936-2016)

Dare we pull off the blanket, arise and get out of the cave, before the enemy entombs us in it? Would that we go together!
