God's Word Defiled?

God’s Word Defiled?

1.8 MINS

A heartfelt reflection on faith, compassion, and prayer for those we love, exploring how Jesus’s love calls us to intercede for others lost or led astray.

As I researched and wrote this article, I was challenged and felt very sad, but also driven, as there are people whom I know, love and cherish and pray for regularly, whom I would love to see in Heaven someday.

This is not meant to be a judgmental article, as I am aware of some of the very difficult childhood experiences of some, and I ask myself: would I be any different if I had those same difficult childhood experiences? It is only by God’s grace that I would dare to write such an article.

Jesus Wept — And So Do We

Jesus, as the Son of God, knows all about our society and the world, from the beginning to the end and the impact of the events to happen in Jerusalem in the not-too-distant future.

Luke 19:41 — “As He approached Jerusalem and saw the city, He wept over it.” WHY?

In about 40 years into the future, Jesus predicted what would happen to Jerusalem, and He was moved to tears.

Luke 19:43 — “The days will come upon you when your enemies build an embankment against you and encircle you and hem you in on every side.” This is what happened.

Deception, the Gay Bible, and a Sobering Wake-Up Call

Some do have an awareness of Jesus but have been “deceived” by the evil one to believe that you can live your life your way and ignore the Lord’s instructions on how He designed you to live.

At a recent meeting, I was shocked and challenged by the speaker as he spoke about the Gay Bible. What made it even more shocking was that one of the attendees told my wife that she had taken her 13-year-old daughter out of the youth group because they were using the Gay Bible.

This then caused me to do more research and to write this article to help us to pray for those for whom Christ died, and invite them to take advantage of His offer of sins forgiven and live with Him in heaven.

My prayer is that we will earnestly pray for those whom we know and love that they, too, may know the love of Christ in their lives and wish to share it with others who have been led astray.

For those of us who would like to know more and become more aware of what is happening so that we can pray for our children and other family members more diligently, I have listed some websites for you to check out:

May the Lord guide you as to what He would want you to do.

I have my Douai Bible which predates by a few years The King James Bible. I feel compassion for homosexuals and lesbians, but, I remember God’s action in destroying the cities of Soddam and Gommorrah. Our Godless , immoral Australia of the last 50 years is now reaping economically what it has sowed . Repent ! Pray for forgiveness. One Catholic school in SA only had 4 children making their First Communion and Confirmation recently. Parents no longer pray with their children or go to Mass to worship God. They finish Catholic schooling not knowing anything about the history of the early martyrs, the Crusades, the great saints, the 10 Commandments, etc. Instead, Primary School children are brainwashed with Climate Change , the need for Mass migration, hatred of Trump, and the end of the World, instead of being carefree children with a reliance on God.

People who believe the QJB come in the following category described in 2 Timothy 3:13 – “But evil men and impostors will grow worse and worse, deceiving and being deceived”.

Praying for their eyes to be opened and for them to love truth.

The Queen James Bible (QJB), published in 2012, is a heretical error because it is an interpretive alteration rather than a faithful translation of original Hebrew and Greek texts. It is a revised version of the 1769 King James Bible, with the explicit goal of removing or changing verses that have historically been interpreted as prohibiting homosexuality.

Here is why the Queen James Bible is inaccurate and unethical:

    – Ideological Editing Rather Than Translation: The QJB is an example of an activist, queer translation aimed at creating a “gay-friendly” scripture by changing words, deleting phrases, and rearranging text to prevent “homophobic misinterpretation”.

    – “Clobber Verses” Were Deliberately Changed: The anonymous editors changed eight specific verses that traditionally address homosexual behaviour (e.g., Leviticus 18:22, Romans 1:26–27, 1 Corinthians 6:9) to make them read as either prohibitions against rape, pagan ritual abuse, or general idolatry, rather than same-sex relationships.

    – Addition of Words Not in Original Languages: The editors added words—such as “ritual lust,” “pagan,” and “idolators”—into the text that do not exist in the original Greek manuscripts (such as in Romans 1:27), adding their own interpretation directly into the text.

    – Dismissal of Scholarly Consensus: The QJB claims to have “most scholars” agree with their interpretation, but these claims are unsupported and contradicted by standard linguistic studies of terms like arsenokoitēs (male homosexual) in 1 Corinthians 6:9, which the QJB changes to “promiscuous”.

    – Removing Context from Sodom: In Jude 1:7, the QJB changes “strange flesh” to “nonhuman flesh,” attempting to argue the Sodomites wanted to rape angels (nonhuman) rather than men, whereas the text implies they did not know the guests were

Heresy and Blasphemy are the words that come to mind.
