Lara, a dedicated advocate for Pregnancy Help Australia (PHA) network, brings over a decade of counselling expertise to the pregnancy help field. Specialising in supporting parents through unexpected pregnancies and port-abortion healing, Lara is fuelled by her own lived experience of profound loss and unplanned pregnancy.
Committed to fostering safe spaces for processing the ‘unexpected’ and shattering the silence around reproductive grief, Lara holds a Bachelor of Education degree, specialising in early childhood education, and is a trained Life Coach. As the Hubs of LOVE Project Lead, she joyfully witnesses communities nationwide courageously establishing pregnancy help services from scratch, building a nation where no one confronts a pregnancy decision in isolation.
