May we, as Isaiah did, encounter the Lord in his Holiness. As we do, we recognise anything that is unholy, especially our words and that of our people, and like him confess our sins.

Then I stammered and said,
“Woe is me! I’m destroyed
— doomed as a sinful man!
For my words are tainted
and I live among people
who talk the same way.
King Yahweh, Commander of Angel Armies!
My eyes have gazed upon Him!”
… Then out of the smoke,
one of the angels of fire flew to me.
He had in his hands a burning coal
he had taken from the altar with tongs.
He touched my lips with it and said,
“See? The burning coal from the altar has touched your lips.
Your guilt is taken away; your sin is blotted out.” …
Then I heard the Lord saying,
“Whom should I send to My people?
Who will go to represent us?”
I spoke up and said, “I will be the one. Send me.”

When we encounter the Holy King Yahweh, Commander of Angel Armies, we see our own shortcomings — how we have offended the holiness of God, and like Isaiah we are undone! Isaiah confessed his sin and that of his people, and like him may we be quick to repent.

The burning coal was left after the sacrifice was burned on the altar. We in the New Covenant have the complete cleansing power of the perfect sacrifice for all time — the Lamb that was slain. Today we go to the Throne of Grace to be cleansed of the guilt of all our sins — they are blotted out forever.

May we, like Isaiah, be quick to respond to the question the Lord continues to ask:

“Whom shall I send to My people? Who will go to represent us?”

It is vital for the Lord to cleanse our lips and send His willing ones to represent His heart. We have the opportunity, in this day, to speak to people who do not know what is going on in our parliaments concerning legislation for full-term abortion and other bills legalising the taking of life.

We must speak clearly a pure message that comes from a place that is holy. It will impact the world, as it will be the Lord Himself speaking through us. We need wisdom and grace to be vessels of power bringing the Angel Armies into situations by our decree.

Let us Pray:
Heavenly Father, You are so Holy — we confess our own sin and that of our nation — we are of unclean lips. We confess as Your church that we have offended others and offended Your holiness with tainted words, and we live among a people who are the same way. We have polluted this world with sin, including our words.

We are so grateful for the cross — we know that You are faithful to forgive us and cleanse us and our nation. Lord, may we Your people hear Your call and be swift to say yes to being sent! May we speak Your words into situations. Convict us when we fail to speak up — may Your message burn in us and come forth with wisdom and power that creates and destroys — may we be vessels of Your truth and light, to rescue the innocent unborn from the devastation of abortion and bring Your justice to our land!

Thank You that we can arise and go out confidently, knowing You go before us and Your glory is our rear-guard! We pray in Your wonderful Name Yeshua, Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

• South Australia’s Lower House politicians,
  that they be infused with truth and light of the sanctity of life, even of the unborn,
  and take courage to defeat the Termination of Pregnancy Bill 2020 early this year!
  Pray for a majority to vote no to this bill.
• Those on the frontline preparing for the Walk for Life,
  February 6th 2021 in Adelaide, South Australia.
• For our future generations to be rescued from the horror of death through abortion!
  Let the spirit of adoption enter the hearts of those considering abortion,
  to carry to full term and save their child’s life.
• For greater numbers of believers in Yeshua all over Australia and the South Pacific region to stand for life and rise up in wisdom and courage to take action needed and speak for the voiceless.
• For the church to become a haven of hope and help for those with unplanned pregnancies.

To send the intended influential message to our politicians
that South Australians DO NOT want legalised abortion up to birth,
we need thousands of people on the WALK for LIFE!
It will take each of us to SPREAD THE WORD through all our networks!
