Jesus prayed for His disciples and for all future believers before He went to the cross, as recorded in John 17:15-19 (TPT):

“I am not asking that You remove them from the world,
but I ask that you guard their hearts from evil,
For they no longer belong to this world any more than I do.
Your Word is truth! So make them holy by the truth.
I have commissioned them to represent Me
just as You commissioned Me to represent You.
And now I dedicate Myself to them as a holy sacrifice
so that they will live as fully dedicated to God
and be made holy by Your truth.”

Jesus reveals here that He dedicated Himself as a holy sacrifice to all who believe in Him. He did this so we may be holy by His truth and live our lives fully dedicated to God. He has made this possible by His indwelling Spirit of Holiness — the Holy Spirit! He asked the Father to guard our hearts from evil, because we no longer belong to this world.

In these days, it is becoming increasingly obvious who those are that are living fully dedicated lives to God. They stand out as those not entering into the ways of this world, and this enrages those who are living according to the world.

When we listen to the arguments for taking of life through legalised abortion, it can be deceptive to those who do not know the truth of His Word. Deception, fear and intimidation are a few of the ways the enemy uses to justify and coerce people into agreement, for the destruction of the unborn.

We are commissioned by Jesus to represent Him — He asked the Father to guard our hearts from evil; He is the Truth and the Life. Jesus gave up His life whilst on earth to redeem His disciples, and all humanity was given the opportunity to choose to believe! His death paid the price to make us holy; now we choose to live our lives fully dedicated to Him.

Let us Pray:
Holy Heavenly Father, we thank You for the gift of Your Son Yeshua, Jesus; thank You for Your Holy Sacrifice on the cross, for the shedding of Your sinless blood that washes and makes us holy. Thank You for Your commissioning to represent You in our days; thank You that we have not been left alone, but Your indwelling presence, the Holy Spirit, is our constant encouragement and equipping.

Lord, in this fight for the unborn, we thank You for the grace of holiness. Thank You for Your special people, that You have made holy, to carry Your word, which is truth, to dispel lies. We receive Your courage to overcome intimidation — thank You for Your perfect love that drives out fear!

Lord, we ask You to establish us in Your truth, love and holiness, that we be effective as we go out in Your Name. Deliver us from evil and guard us from the evil one, as we navigate these times to take a stand for the unborn.

We pray for great success for the Walk for Life on February 6th 2021 in Adelaide, South Australia; we ask that a vast number hear of it and are moved to walk; we ask for more volunteers and marshalls; for no COVID-19 outbreaks before, during or after it. In Jesus’ powerful Name we pray, Amen.

He answered them, “This type of powerful spirit can only be cast out by fasting and prayer.”

Points for Prayer ~ pray for:

• South Australia’s Lower House politicians, that they be infused with truth and light for the sanctity of life – even of the unborn. Pray for a majority to vote no to this bill and take courage to defeat the Termination of Pregnancy Bill 2020 the week of Feb 3rd 2021.
• Those on the frontline preparing for the Walk for Life, February 6th 2021 in Adelaide, South Australia, for volunteers and marshalls, for no COVID before, during or after it.
• For our future generations to be rescued from the horror of death through abortion!
  Let the spirit of adoption enter the hearts of those considering abortion,
  to carry to full term and save their child’s life.
• For greater numbers of believers in Jesus all over Australia and the South Pacific region to awaken to the battle and stand for life — to rise up in wisdom and courage to take action needed and speak for the voiceless.
• For the church to become a haven of hope and help for those with unplanned pregnancies.

To send the intended influential message to our politicians
that South Australians DO NOT want legalised abortion up to birth,
we need thousands of people on the WALK for LIFE!
It will take each of us to SPREAD THE WORD through all our networks!
