Labor’s Digital ID Bill
With Labor’s Digital ID Bill now introduced to parliament, we can be sure their promise that it won’t be mandatory, as with the vaccines, will last all of five minutes.
Labor have now introduced their Digital ID Bill 2023, a Bill that will create a framework for a permanent “digital identity” for all Australian citizens.
Despite Labor’s protestations that signing up will be voluntary, the Bill clearly provides for it to be made mandatory “if the Digital ID Regulator is satisfied that it is appropriate to do so.”
Hardly the most reassuring statement.
Furthermore, 2024 will also see debate on Labor’s Combatting Misinformation and Disinformation Bill, designed to fine social media platforms up to $2.75 million for hosting content that the government deems false or misleading.
Thanks to a Freedom of Information request and investigative work from my office, we know that much of what the Department of Home Affairs deemed mis or dis information, and therefore had social media platforms remove in 2020-2021 (including posts criticising lockdowns) turned out to be true.
Looming Big Government Agendas
This trend towards impositions on freedom is not limited to Australia; it is occurring throughout the western world. Like our Department of Home Affairs, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security had social media platforms remove content which was deemed unfavourable.

Once again, thank you Senator Alex Antic for keeping us informed while we still have the Right to Freedom of Information, before we are all consigned to Australia’s Marxist Hell. I was the person who won Australia’s first FOI victory in the Federal Court in 1984. It was the “cause celebre “, a precedent which nearly brought down the Hawke Govt. The govt . argued that to release my Personnel File ” to me “would endanger the security of Australia “, that I was “a security risk “, etc. All nonsense , a Cover-up to prevent me finding out that my tertiary education had been deleted off my Personnel File to prevent me getting promoted or paid as an university graduate , and, to protect the career of a top ATO executive who had been sexually harassing me . Several male top managers (including the Head of Investigations ) testified against him plus the decisions of the Privy Council in Conway v. Rimmer , and, the High Court in Sankey v. Whitlam held that “justice to the individual and truth “were more important ! I am very proud of my victory as I was forced to conduct the Case myself until the last day as no lawyer would touch it and the ATO and Australian Govt. threatened “destroy the B—-“, ie I would have been bankrupted and homeless (I was a widow with 2 small children to support ). Sadly, the days when Australia had integrity are gone. I am frightened for the young generations who will experience TOTAL STATE CONTROL, ie will be condemned to live in an Evil Society unless something happens to get rid of these Marxists politicians ,bureaucrats and academics , etc. !
Where do all these evil ideas come from ? China? North Korea ? Iran? Attorney-General Dreyfus must have a large staff (how many ? ) spending all their time and our taxes on schemes to enforce eventually on all Australians universal surveillance 24 hours a day to keep the Labor/Green/Teal, Independent coalition in power , silence all dissent and destroy our Christian religion. It is the Marxist “modus operandi “, the dream of Victoria’s Socialists(read Communists ).
