Elon Musk’s Dad Says Tommy Robinson is a Modern-Day Nelson Mandela

Errol Musk is predicting Tommy Robinson (Stephen Lennon) will one day be Prime Minister.

Elon’s estranged and controversial father aired the not-so-batty point in an interview shared to X by The Times Radio on Tuesday.

Citing Nelson Mandela’s example as evidence, Errol Musk – a South African – effectively argued that political prisoners tend to become political leaders.

Based on precedent, he said,

“If you’re a student of history, as I am, there’s a very good chance Tommy Robinson will one day be the Prime Minister of England.”

Both amused and bewildered, the speechless Times host asked, “Okay, how, educate us?”

He replied,

“There are a number who became leaders of their country, who were initially imprisoned by the authorities that ruled at the time.”

Musk, who was “vehemently opposed to apartheid” according to The NY Post, added,

“Nelson Mandela was sentenced to death in 1963 for bombings, particularly one bombing which took down power lines and killed many, including children.

“That sentence was commuted – thank heavens – but at the time, he was considered a criminal, a serious, real, bad person,” Musk continued.

“Mandela eventually turned out to be something quite different, but at the time if you’d said to people, he would be the president of South Africa one day,” people would have mocked it.

Musk’s argument isn’t too far off the mark.

The other best-known example from 20th-century Europe is Václav Havel.

Havel was an ardent anti-Communist dissident who became President of Czechoslovakia when the Communist iron grip on Eastern Europe fell with the fall of the Soviet Union.

Pie in the Sky?

While not without historical substance, though, Errol Musk’s Robinson prediction is a stretch.

Robinson is currently serving an 18-month prison sentence for contempt of court.

This is because he refused to shut up about Muslim violence and an increasingly obvious Islamic jihad taking over the United Kingdom.

That includes exposing a widespread government cover-up of such violence under the falsehood of “Islamophobia”.

Additionally, Robinson hasn’t indicated any interest in becoming a politician.

The party most suited to him is Reformed UK.

However, they’ve distanced themselves from Robinson.

They did so as Elon Musk took news about Islamic “sexpanisionism” in the UK through mass rape jihad, coordinated by Muslim grooming gangs, global.

Party leader Nigel Farage disowned Robinson on January 8, implying he was a grifter.

Farage told GB News,

“He’s in court for the contempt of court, not for fighting grooming gangs.

“There are people in Britain who believe he’s a political prisoner. That’s the narrative he’s pushed out, that’s how he earns his living, but it isn’t quite true.”

Farage then emphatically stated he would not accept Tommy Robinson as a member of Reform UK, saying, “No. He’s got a criminal history, and has his own campaign.”

“We are a political party aiming to win the next general election, Tommy Robinson is not what we need,” Farage now infamously declared.

Days before, Errol Musk rejected Nigel Farage on GBNews, declaring him unfit to be leader.

Errol was backing Elon, telling Farage to resign over his rejection of Robinson.

Reasserting his point about political prisoners becoming political leaders, Errol also made his prediction on GB News, saying the future wasn’t for Farage, it was for Tommy Robinson.

This is, “unless they can get to him first, and take him out. The current government is a complete joke,” Musk countered.

“Robinson has had the guts to stick his neck out. He’s had the guts to say what he thinks, and probably has more people who agree with him than anyone else in England.”

“They’re just frightened to say so,” he continued.

“As hard as it may be for the (political) class (and social elite) to accept: Tommy’s a future Prime Minister of England.”

“Farage talks sense,” Musk concluded, “but his actions and his behaviour towards Robinson do not reflect what is needed for real leadership.”

State Censorship

Errol Musk’s view that Robinson has more support among the higher classes seems to have been validated by Douglas Murray.

Defending Robinson’s right to refuse to be silent, the War on the West author told Jordan Peterson in an October 2024 interview,

“The UK government has had the attitude for decades now, that if you’re white and working class, you’re not allowed to raise alarm about mass immigration, or speak your mind, under threat of being called a ‘racist’ or ‘far-right’.

“Tommy Robinson is an interesting example.”

What Robinson speaks to – and “has always spoken to” – is this grotesque gag order on Great Britons.

Murray ended that segment lamenting the current failing state of Britain, which, he said, could have been avoided, had politicians actively listened to the people.

Nowhere is this betrayal of the British people more evident than UK Labour choosing to police and imprison free speech “radicals” instead of rapists, because “racism”.
