Another good Christian teacher has fallen afoul of LGBTQ+ forced speech.

Irish police arrested educator Enoch Burke outside Wilson’s Hospital School (WHS) in Westmeath, Ireland, for refusing to comply with a controversial court order.

Burke was suspended by the Christian school in 2022 after protesting internal pressure, demanding he “affirm” a student’s preferred pronouns.

He was eventually fired in January 2023, on the grounds of “gross misconduct”.

Without debating the legality of the suspension, nor Burke’s legal right to refuse on conscientious grounds, courts quickly justified the school’s action as preventative.

Reasons included fear of potential “harm and disruptive conduct”.

Human Rights Violation

Burke argues that the Christian school forcing compliance with the LGBTQ+, is tantamount to the school demanding he force transgenderism onto children.

Punishing him for opposing this, he said, was a violation of his religious freedom.

Burke has told Daily Mail reporters that he hasn’t done anything wrong.

Unlike what he’s being commanded to do under duress, he said,

“I did not force my beliefs on anyone.

“That belief was forced on me. I was commanded to feed that poison to young people in my care.”

Calling transgenderism a “hellish ideology” because it damaged children for life, he added,

“This court is simply denying me my religious beliefs, and my right to my religious beliefs.

“I am a Christian. I have Christian beliefs. My belief is male and female, God made them male and female.”

This is Burke’s third run-in with Ireland’s capitulation to the fascist forced speech and demands for compliance by the LGBTQ+ sex cult.

As a result of breaking court orders which deny him the right to peacefully protest outside the school, Burke was imprisoned in 2022.

In total, the Christian school teacher has served close to two years in Ireland’s medium security Mountjoy Prison, simply for refusing to “go along to get along.”

Burke’s determination to clear his name, and his defiance in the face of an apparent gross injustice, continues to embarrass the school.

They want him gone.

“Safety Concerns”

Rehashing justifications for his dismissal, the school claimed his “presence” – a new round of peaceful protests – was “stressful for staff, and disruptive.”

Acting Principal of WHS, John Galligan, doubled down on the deflection.

Galligan declared Burke’s peaceful protest, and “unknown third party” supporters, a threat to kids, saying the protesters “posed safety concerns.”

The Christian school has since asked for Burke to be jailed a third time, stating, “if he wasn’t committed to prison,” he would only “offend” again.

Burke is currently appealing court support for his dismissal, and as yet, appears to have refused to pay an alleged €88,000 in fines to the school.

There seems to be some confusion between authorities and WHS about whose job it is to collect this money from Burke.

He was ordered by the High Court to pay a €700 daily fine every time he turned up to protest — “for every day he remained in contempt of court.”

Responding to Burke’s arrest, James White, via X, condemned the entire affair, saying,

“The religion of the left. Blasphemy laws being enforced. And, of course, the cops, like the guards at Auschwitz, simply do what they are told.”

British actor Laurence Fox remarked,

“This isn’t just about a teacher taking a stand against the satanic child mutilation cult to protect vulnerable kids.

“It’s an attack on the most sacred fundamentals of Christianity. They want to remove Christianity from the West. Fight. Fight. Fight.”

Comedian Rob Schneider added,

“Ireland will be forever shamed! Biological facts are not hate speech.”

Daily Wire and Shepherds for Sale author Megan Basham warned,

“Ireland serves as a warning to the US.” (and I’d add Australia.)

“If your ministry leaders and pastors are not speaking out about this now, don’t think they will when the arrests start.”

British theologian Aaron Edwards — fired last November from his job at Methodist Cliff College, after LGBTQ+ activists complained about him affirming biblical doctrine online — wrote,

“Shame upon all who support this malicious ideology and the totalitarian politics which enforce it.

“Remember a few years ago when ppl said one day some would be arrested for refusing to affirm LGBT+, and they were told to stop being so ‘alarmist’? May we now raise the alarm?”

Burke joins New Zealand’s Mr X – a Christian teacher banned for refusing the lie to kids about biological reality.

As well as the UK’s Joshua Sutcliffe, who was accused of “child abuse”, then banned from teaching for life.

Activist “educators” claim Sutcliffe endangered the life of a student by “misgendering” the individual.

They also didn’t approve of Sutcliffe teaching kids facts critical of gay “marriage” and Islam.

During his arrest, Enoch Burke remained defiant.

Burke told the three police officers, who were acting on a judge’s orders to arrest him,

“I have a right to work here. I have a right to be here.

“I have the right not to tell students that they need to take puberty blockers.

“I’m not going to turn my back on my duty to my students.”

The arresting officer quipped back, “I’m not going to turn my back on my duty.”

Burke replied,

“You don’t have a duty to do what’s wrong.”
