Great Southland Revival: Listen to Kurt and Warwick’s Radio Interview
Kurt and Warwick were interviewed on national radio last week about their latest book. Listen in here.
The Canberra Declaration’s new book, Great Southland Revival, featured on national radio last week. On Wednesday 7 December, Neil Johnson from Vision Christian Radio interviewed Kurt and Warwick about the book on his popular show, 20Twenty.
Testimonies of Revival
The hour-long conversation was wide-ranging, giving listeners a great overview of the book’s contents and message. Among the highlights was a discussion about how revival made its way to Australia via the First Fleet, and the many far-flung towns and cities in Australia that have experienced revival.
Several listeners called in to share their own testimonies of revival and their insights about Australia’s history of spiritual awakening.

Igniting a Holy Spirit Bonfire
Neil Johnson was among the Australian Christian leaders to read Great Southland Revival in advance and endorse it. Of the new book, he wrote:
Connecting Australia to the great revivals of world history leads us beyond the hardships of ‘exile’ in a far-away colony to God’s design for salvation and reform. Great Southland Revival inspires an expectation of even deeper divine encounters in Australia. Kurt and Warwick remind readers that personal spiritual renewal is the spark that ignites a Holy Spirit ‘bonfire’. This book will spark new passion for God to do it again.
Neil Johnson’s show 20Twenty covers “Conversations about life, culture and current events that will help you understand the big issues from a Biblical perspective.” It was a privilege for the Canberra Declaration to be invited on his show. Be sure to listen to the interview. We encourage you to share this article on your social media channels so more people can listen too.
