Bernie Finn Joins Family First
Bernie Finn is still fighting for the unborn, for families, for the truth about gender, for freedom and faith, but now with a new party.
Bernie Finn is a fighter for all the things you and I hold dear.
He spent almost a quarter of a century as a Liberal member of the Victorian Parliament.
He was expelled from the Liberals last year because of his pro-life and pro-family views.
In an interview with me for ADH TV this week, he confided that in his last year as a Liberal he felt like a fraud. The party he represented for decades no longer wanted to fight for the family.
Show’s up. This week on @adhtvaus Hon Nick Goiran breaks down WA’s abortion-to-birth bill, Family First’s newest recruit Bernie Finn explains why he wants to go to Canberra instead of retiring to the beach + @KirralieS on the latest in the gender wars. https://t.co/QkKWJG5c8J

Looking for a New Political Home
He was right. This year they also expelled Moira Deeming from the Parliamentary wing, bristling at her excellent pro-family maiden speech and then booting her for standing for girls and women.
They continue to falsely call her a Nazi sympathiser. Moira has decided to stay in the Liberals and fight. Good on her.
But many of us, like Bernie, have no choice but to raise a new political movement that will do what the Liberals, Labor, Greens, the Teals and most other minor parties refuse – and that is speak publicly and boldly for the unborn, the natural family, the truth about gender, sensible energy policy and freedom for faith.
When Bernie approached Family First looking for a new political home, we were delighted.
Family First is pleased to welcome Bernie Finn. He has been endorsed as our lead Senate candidate for Victoria. Mainstream families need common sense voices like Bernie to take up the fight in Canberra. This 👇 from today’s Herald Sun. pic.twitter.com/7mppW5kMH7

Shunning Retirement to Keep on Fighting
After a pre-selection process, Bernie was endorsed this week as Family First’s lead Senate candidate for Victoria.
After a distinguished political career, he could have settled for a quiet life on a beach in Queensland.
But as you’ll see from our chat on ADH TV, Bernie has a fire burning for the families and children of this nation that he wants to take to Canberra.
Let’s get him there.

Lyle, thank you so much for this great news item not brought to us by the mainstream media! I particularly appreciated this line –
‘But many of us, like Bernie, have no choice but to raise a new political movement that will do what the Liberals, Labor, Greens, the Teals and most other minor parties refuse – and that is speak publicly and boldly for the unborn, the natural family, the truth about gender, sensible energy policy and freedom for faith.’
Lyle, while I am at it, congratulations for your big win in the courts this week against the drag queen tide in our public libraries.
