American Episcopal Church Rejects South African Refugees Because They’re White
America’s Episcopal Church (USEC) just rejected the opportunity to help refugees because they’re white.
Citing commitments to “racial justice and reconciliation,” the Church issued a 900-word press release on Monday accusing President Trump of giving white South African farmers “preferential treatment.”
The Episcopal Church did not comment on the needs-based urgency of the intake, which is a direct result of farmers (the Boers) being slaughtered and the South African government’s “kill whitey” rhetoric incentivising genocide.
South African Genocide: Real but Denied
Most South African officials deny there is a genocide unfolding in the country, despite blatant examples to the contrary.
These leaders have the backing of the Western, one-eyed Critical Race Theory Wokeshevists in legacy media, who refuse to acknowledge a cover-up.
As News.com senior journalist, Frank Chung’s 2017 no-holds-barred exposition explained,
“Official statistics on farm attacks are non-existent.”
Yet,
“between 1998 and the end of 2016, 1848 people were murdered in farm attacks — 1187 farmers, 490 family members, 147 farm employees, and 24 people who happened to be visiting the farm at the time.”
The numbers are significant enough for the SA Transvaal Agricultural Union TLU SA (formerly TUA SA) to describe the situation as “explosive.”
“Crime in South Africa is out of control everywhere,” their safety advice asserts.
Further, “farmers remain remote and are therefore more vulnerable to attacks, which are often much more violent than city dwellers.”
Reasons for the attacks, they added, were due to poorer policing and “inflammatory statements by politicians.”
TLU also highlighted how this disruption to SA’s food distribution created the perfect storm.
Compromised food security encouraged more attacks on farmers, making attacks on farmers worse.
The violence is now part of a vicious cycle that the “hate whitey” SA government seems content to ignore.
Georgia’s SA Farmer Intake
Additionally, the United States is not the first country to offer resettlement to South Africa’s white farmers fleeing the so-called “non-existent” genocide.
In 2010, Georgia invited SA’s farmers to buy land and bring their knowledge with them.
According to Emerging Europe, over 700 Boers now call the Eastern European country home.
While successful, the program was restricted in 2017 after a rural backlash.
American Episcopal Church Refugee Rejection
Despite these clear genocidal tones, bloodshed, victims, and the irrefutable evidence, USEC maintained that its rejection of White South African refugees was warranted.
Other groups have more pressing needs, USEC said.
“As Christians, we must be guided not by political vagaries, but by the sure and certain knowledge that the kingdom of God is revealed to us in the struggles of those on the margins.”
For the USEC, white Afrikaans are not a minority.
Suggesting that the Trump administration was putting aside Christians at risk, USEC recalled “grief for the victims of religious persecution,” including those who worked with US forces in Iraq and Afghanistan who are still waiting in camps.
The criticisms did not mention Joe Biden or the failure of the Biden administration’s “open borders” policies.
Neither did the USEC acknowledge, nor allow for the fact, that Trump has only been in office for four months.
Regardless of the sloppy theological justifications, their press release did two things:
- Illustrate the extent to which the Woke Mind Virus has infected the Episcopal denomination.
- Expose the institutional church’s two-tier rank hypocrisy on loving our neighbour.
In January, USEC “Bishop” Mariann Edgar Budde turned a sermon into a political speech, accusing Trump of being “transphobic” and his reform of immigration inhumane.
Remember Mariann Edgar Budde, the woke Episcopal Church leader who lectured President Trump over his immigration policies?
Well, she just announced she’s ending her refugee partnership with the government because Trump is giving refuge to persecuted South Africans. https://t.co/WS3nZGZ9NF pic.twitter.com/Kje3FFBiDW

This was delivered at the prayer service for the President’s inauguration.
Dubbed back then as “brave and courageous” by legacy media, the same pro-LGBTQ+ “ecclesia” that lectured the president on “having mercy” now appears to have none.
Note the warning: those assimilated into the “all white people are racists” hive mind, also believe “white people can’t be refugees.”
.@DeputySecState greets the first flight of South African refugee arrivals in the US: “@POTUS made it clear that Afrikaners in South Africa who are the victims of unjust racial discrimination would be welcome to come to the United States and he’s now delivering on that promise.” pic.twitter.com/cB8lOY3PNq

“They’ll make you take a cat-killing, voodoo-loving, demon-worshipping refugee who can’t speak English,” quipped The Federalist’s Sean Davis on X.
“Then call you a racist if you protest.”
“But taking a white, English-speaking farmer as a refugee? That’s where they draw the line. Fascinating.”
Amen, and “Awoman!”

The most persecuted people at this time are from South Sudan but they will have nothing to do with the Episcopal church even though most are Anglicans. Last Sunday, I heard them pray for those that persecuted them. It made me proud to be an Anglican. I just wonder who and what Bishop Budde seeks to represent. It can only be an idea. Surely, it cannot be real people.
these people want to come and be American and work !! not the useless bottom feeders Biden let in !! illegally ! This is to president Trump, maybe it’s time we send seal teams over and have a talk with the president in South Africa ?? see if he want to try kiling those white guys
We White and Christian are now the World’s most persecuted people according to Woke propaganda responsible for every bad thing that has happened or is happening right now .No one mentions that Africans sold into slavery other Africans or cooked and ate ones captured in battle.
Afrikan farmers are being murdered in a Genocide while the World’s media pretends is not happening. Not surprised by the Woke Episcopal Church of USA as there was a few years ago an Archbishop of Canterbury who did not believe in God .We should be fast -tracking the immigrationof refugee Boers to Australia. They are hard – working unlike those Muslims running the Billionare Cocaine Drug Business and Fire-Bombing businesses and living off the NDISand Unemployment for Life !
