A father who sexually assaulted his own daughter is now identifying as a woman and is housed in a female prison. This is the unacceptable reality of gender ideology. When the criminal justice system accepts and enforces lies, everyone suffers.

If this doesn’t change the “be kind” brigade’s mind, nothing will. Lies are not kind, and they lead to immeasurable harm.

This revolting and dangerous pedophile has taken advantage of gender ideology in the worst possible way. The female inmates, already extremely vulnerable women, many of whom have been sexually abused, must now endure this child rapist in their prison because the judiciary accepts the lie that he is a woman. This is pure evil.

Politicians are ultimately the ones to blame for legislating the lies that permit males to identify as female. No human has ever changed sex. No man-made law can change the facts. Yet the judiciary blatantly lies in court by referring to males as she/her/miss and then carries out sentencing for vile and violent crimes as if males like this were women.

Victorian Premier Jacinta Allan has betrayed women, and reality, in her state and seems to have no intention of doing anything other than protecting and promoting males who wish they were women.

As The Australian reports:

Ms Allan has refused to make any public comment on the placement of the sex offender, anonymised in court records as Hilary Maloney, who was arrested after he agreed to become the “slave” of an American pedophile and molest his daughter on camera for the sexual gratification of his “master”.

Maloney was caught after sending the man, Samuel Booth, images of himself abusing his daughter at their home in Melbourne in 2023.

Police also discovered several videos of the 25-year-old father abusing the child.

Maloney is heard asking the child whether she “likes it” to which she clearly responds “No.”

Many of the acts committed by Maloney are too graphic to publish.

Unbelievably, this disgusting child rapist only received four years and nine months in prison!

Government Silence

Allan has received thousands of complaints, but at this stage is ignoring them, allowing the violent rapist to enjoy serving out his sentence among vulnerable women.

Corrections Victoria’s Commissioner’s Requirements state that as “a guiding principle, a person should be imprisoned in the prison of their gender rather than their sex assigned or assumed at birth”. It also recognises exceptions for inmates who “might pose safety risks to others, particularly if their criminal record indicates a history of sexual and/or physical violence”.

Ms Allan refused on Sunday to comment on the case, referring all inquiries to Corrections Minister Enver Erdogan, who declined to answer specific questions from The Australian on whether Maloney would be moved or whether he was satisfied the prisoner placement policy had been correctly applied in this case.

This is sickening and infuriating.

Gender ideology is based on lies.

The law upholds and protects these lies.

Everyone can see through the lies, but we are powerless to act if the politicians refuse to change the laws that defy nature. Please write to Premier Allan, and if you are a Victorian, contact your local representatives. This is not unique to Victoria, but it appears to have some of the worst cases.

The reality is that our freedoms are being eroded by the lies, and we must speak up and speak loudly!
