Walk for Life 2026: #HumanFromConception
Walk for Life 2026 drew its largest crowd since 2021, inspiring attendees through powerful testimonies, pro-life advocacy, and renewed calls to faithful action ahead of the upcoming state election.
Thank you to everyone who made it to Walk for Life 2026!
It was the largest turnout since 2021, which was just weeks prior to the abortion up to birth bill passing — with 4200 in attendance.
Inspiring Speakers
Our guest speakers this year educated, inspired and encouraged.
Michelle Pearse, ACL CEO, highlighted the significant impact Christians can have when casting their vote at the upcoming state election. In the coming weeks, the ACL voting resource website will be available.
We introduced Josiah, an inspirational Australian who shared his life’s journey: full of challenges, having been born without arms, but with the love and support of his family and church community, he is living a purpose-driven life—happy, joyful, relaxed, confident and willing to serve others.
Martyn Iles returned for the fifth time after his two-year adventure to the USA. Once again, encouraging us with the hope of the Gospel and reminding us that anything you do in relation to the cause of life will not only be for good in this life, but it will echo into eternity; we will not regret one thing done for life.
Houses of Refuge
Jodie shared about the expansion of the House of Refuge ministry across Australia. An invitation to a House of Refuge Information Evening was given. Don’t forget to book your free ticket!
Please join us to hear how you can be equipped as a life advocate and the life ministry House of Refuge introduced into your church.
Our desire is that every church in Australia is a place where families can find the support they need.
Churches can lead the way so that people do not feel abortion is their only option, and help those hurting from a past abortion to find hope and healing. However, above all, we want them to be without a doubt that God loves them and His people do too.
The House of Refuge has been designed to support the Pastor, and share the load, by equipping and raising up leaders within the church to lead the support needed from inside and outside of the church.
