The U.S. Presidential Debate was a Disaster for Us All
Biden spent 10 days sequestered away at Camp David preparing for a 90-minute debate — and it still wasn’t enough.
Biden had a cold, his supporters said.
Even my worst man-flu didn’t turn me into an incoherent babbler.
Decrepit
And as if the debate wasn’t humiliating enough, Biden was treated like a child at the after-party.
Wife Jill, who we now know for sure is no doctor, told the President:
“Joe, you did such a great job answering every question. You knew all the facts.”
She might as well have been talking to a child who just went potty all by himself.
A schoolgirl debater would have put up more of a show than Joe Biden did today.
A schoolgirl debater would, at the very least, have nailed her two-minute closing statement.
Biden could barely remember his.
Utter Failure
The debate was a disaster. And I don’t just mean for the Biden family. The debate was a disaster for America.
It demonstrated — for all the world to see — that the United States is a nation utterly devoid of leadership.
You get the feeling it was an historic moment that will be talked about for decades to come — should America survive that long.
It was as if America had its pants pulled down in front of the entire world.
Will Biden win another four years? No one believes he will even run at the November election after today’s performance. How could he?
Will Trump unite the country? I doubt it.
Divine Intervention Required
My overwhelming feeling after watching the debate was sadness. What has become of the greatest nation on earth? And what now becomes of the free world when it is so obviously seen by everyone to be led by fools?
My big takeaway from the Presidential debate was that, if you’re a praying person, you should be praying for America.
And if you’re not a praying person, now might be a good time to start.
Never in our lifetime has the world been in such a precarious position.
And never in the history of the free world has America had such shockingly inept, uninspiring, downright disgraceful leadership.
God help the United States of America.
God help us all.

To understand Neo-Marxism, we first need to understand the realities of Marxism. Not the politically cleaned up propaganda version, but the brutal realities of the lives, and deaths, of those who lived and died under it.

That’s all we have left–to pray that God saves the USA, Australia and us. Never in America’s history have we seen such a pathetic exhibition. The USA is now the laughing stock of the World. This is what happens when a nation discards Christianity and embraces Depravity. It needs another Ronald Reagan.
Biden with his support of abortion has no right to call himself a Catholic , while Trump is a “loose cannon “.One will never know what he might do as president, except that he wants to close the border and re-patriate economic migrants who are a drain on the social security system and cause inflation. Our country has the same economic and social problems as the USA, including attacks on our freedoms, history and on Christianity to appease migrants. We are lost unless a miracle happens, and ,we Christians unite to support the election of Christian leaders to save our country and sanity.
The last time around a friend who is a barrister (and therefore is capable of a rich turn of phrase) described the debates then as like watching “a septuagenarian mud wrestling match sans bikinis”. I’ll stick with “trainwreck”.
This time, though, one of those septuagenarians is an octogenarian, and the decline is so marked, while his opponent remains the same as he was four years ago.
The mud wrestling match was over with the first splatter! And I share James’s sadness, as this debate exemplifies the decline of the whole nation.
Prayer is the ONLY answer. America the ( once) great deserves it.
God has revealed a corrupt and Godless government. There are many Christians in America who are praying for righteousness, integrity, honesty and accountability within the government office. One thing I know we can be sure of is God is sovereign over all. His rule will be established. I pray for all the Christians in America and ask God to protect them and give them courage in what can be their greatest hour.
