There are promising signs that the days of males in women’s sports and spaces are coming to an end.
Finally.
The Fight Since 2013
Binary has been advocating for an answer to the “What is a woman?” question since 2019.
But this all started in 2013 when Julia Gillard and her government betrayed us all by elevating gender identity over biology in discrimination law, effectively erasing women’s sex-based rights.
Since then, males have taken advantage of this legal technicality to fulfil their fantasies and access female-only sport and spaces.
Due to these woeful policy failures in Australia, I, as the spokeswoman, have been subjected to abuse, violent threats, police visits, and court actions, all because we advocate for reality-based policies that protect women and children in law.
They have tried so hard to silence me with these actions, and by extension, you.
They have failed.
Three Adelaide-based AFL clubs have officially complained about the policy that allows men in female competitions. Women in football (soccer) leagues have begun speaking out.
I have been found guilty of vilification and placed under a two-year apprehension of violence order for exposing the failure of these policies. I will not back down or fail to do what is right in terms of women’s sex-based rights.
In the USA, basketball player Sophie Cunningham set off a storm by advocating for women-only divisions.
Professional male athlete Enes Kanter has stepped up to register in the women’s division to make a mockery of the policy.
Enes Kanter is a professional basketball player from New York. He has done what all male athletes should do: registered to play in the women’s competition to make an absolute mockery of the woeful policy that allows males in female divisions.
In 2023, I suggested males of the mid north coast should do exactly that after I was advised that, as long as they pay their fees to Football New South Wales, they could play in the women’s division.
I invited a team of males to register with Football NSW Australia to expose their ridiculous policy that anyone who identifies as a woman can play in the women’s division.
I was advised by local officials that as long as the men pay their registration fees, they would be accepted.
Consequences of Speaking Out
Before we could register the team, police showed up on my doorstep to issue me with apprehension of violence orders and summons to court for vilification and harassment.
All for wanting to expose the lunacy of such policies.
There was never an invitation to harm anyone, only to expose the dangerous policies.
I also took images from the public domain, football (soccer) sites, that proved this was happening in NSW. For that, I have been ordered to pay $95,000 in damages and pin a confession to all internet pages I operate.
Now it is happening with professional sportsmen in the USA, we might finally get some light on the travesty happening in Australia? Good thing this bloke is American and not Australian or he would be in big trouble.
After careful consideration and reviewing the current eligibility guidelines,
I’m officially declaring myself a @WNBA prospect.
If simply declaring who you are is all that’s required, then I meet every single requirement necessary to compete in the WNBA.
My team and I have carefully examined the WNBA’s eligibility criteria and governing framework surrounding self-identification and inclusion. Based on the current guidelines, I can and am officially declaring my eligibility for the upcoming WNBA draft in April 2027.
I know my presence on the court will stir up strong opinions.
I am definitely not here to mock, make fun of, or disrespect any community or personal choices.
I’m simply asking that the current rules be applied equally to everyone — the rules that represent the very values many WNBA players and coaches have publicly advocated for.
My team and I are prepared to ensure these guidelines are applied equally, consistently, and without exception, and I look forward to the #WNBA honoring its stated principles.
See you at training camp.

A Turning Point for Women’s Sport
The women’s basketball league officials in the USA are now scrambling and panicking realising they had better define the term “woman” quick smart.
They are a laughing stock and rightly so.
Watch this space, as I am certain that this is the beginning of the end. The International Olympic Committee saw the writing on the wall, and now it is time for every sporting code to follow suit.
There have always been male and female divisions for a reason. Our bodies are different.
Reality is evidence-based and doesn’t care about the feelings of some men who wish they were women. Such men can play sport in male divisions, open competitions, or create a trans space if they want.
They do not belong in women’s sports.
Not now, not ever.
