9 October 2026

1.3 MINS

Season 6 of The Chosen is releasing next month, and until 15 November, your church has the opportunity to host a FREE pre-release screening of Episode 1!

Season 6 covers the final 24 hours of Jesus’ life, including his arrest, trial and crucifixion.

The season’s climactic finale is a feature-length theatrical film. Focussing on the crucifixion, it will be released in the weeks before Easter next year.

The season’s finale will be an incredible opportunity to invite friends and family to witness the most important event in history on the big screen.

Watch the official trailer for Season 6 below, and begin thinking and praying about how your church can use this exceptionally engaging series to introduce people to Jesus.

The Chosen, Churches and the Opportunity

The Chosen Season 6 will be released in stages across November and December 2026, then March 2027 (see release dates further down).

That makes this pre-release of Episode 1 all the more significant.

By hosting a screening, churches can engage people in this exceptionally well-made series right from the start, and build gospel-sharing momentum all the way through to the 2027 Easter period.

Let your pastor/priest, friends, family and other churches know about this unique opportunity to host The Chosen Season 6, Episode 1!

Season 6 is scheduled for release on:

  • Episodes 1–3: 15 November 2026
  • Episode 4: 22 November 2026
  • Episode 5: 29 November 2026

In Ephesians 5:15–16, the Apostle Paul urges us to “pay careful attention, then, to how you walk — not as unwise people but as wise — making the most of the time, because the days are evil.”

The Chosen gives us a unique opening to put Paul’s words into practice.

Yours for the good news,
