Ruth Marrion
Originally a research librarian, Ruth Marrion became Bridges for Peace WA Representative in 2004, after she undertook their training in Israel. She has also volunteered in the BFP Food Bank in Jerusalem, distributing food to Jewish people who are struggling to survive below the poverty line.
In 1970 she served as a volunteer on a kibbutz. Since 1995, she has visited Israel on various prophetic intercessory assignments, living out her name as a Ruth. She has often spoken up for Israel among Christians and in churches. Her favourite topic is the work of Christian Zionist organisations in Israel. ("Comfort ye, comfort ye My people, says your God.")
She served on the Committee of Friends of Israel WA until 2021, forming respectful relationships with Jewish people in Western Australia.
