In the always-remaining, culture-defying objective truth of the Gospel, meaning is found in those few precious, all-sacrificial words in John 3:16, ‘For God so loved’. That is why we LOVE babies in the womb, that is why we LOVE their mothers and their fathers.

If the action of abortion is not consistent with loving God and my neighbour as God commands, and is therefore not consistent with worshipping God in Spirit and Truth, then does abortion actually constitute worship of another entity?

Our thankfulness to God for who He is, and what He has already done, provides a wonderful foundation for all the prayers we will yet pray.

We are the empowered ones to take up the battle to see an end to abortion. It takes courage and unity to not give up but to listen to the Lord’s strategy — to abide in Him asking for wisdom, knowing that the timing of the destruction of the enemies’ work is in God’s timing.

Last Wednesday night, the Canberra Declaration officially launched our 21 days of prayer and fasting for life (the unborn). Each year in Australia, about the same number of people are lost to abortion as all the wars we've ever been involved in. This is a tragedy of tragedies.
