The antidote to lies is the truth. Jesus has told us in the book of John: “And you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” Our broken world is crying out for those who know the truth to speak it.

Who is the "greatest" in God's Kingdom? Someone who is humble like all little children. One clear way to become humble is to sincerely love little children, the unborn and newborn, and lovingly welcome them just as Jesus did.

As we consider the injustice of babies born alive and left to die, and the injustice of the Crisafulli gag motion, we should meditate on why powerful people find their careers threatened by children to the point where they decree their killing.

In the always-remaining, culture-defying objective truth of the Gospel, meaning is found in those few precious, all-sacrificial words in John 3:16, ‘For God so loved’. That is why we LOVE babies in the womb, that is why we LOVE their mothers and their fathers.

If the action of abortion is not consistent with loving God and my neighbour as God commands, and is therefore not consistent with worshipping God in Spirit and Truth, then does abortion actually constitute worship of another entity?

Our thankfulness to God for who He is, and what He has already done, provides a wonderful foundation for all the prayers we will yet pray.

We are the empowered ones to take up the battle to see an end to abortion. It takes courage and unity to not give up but to listen to the Lord’s strategy — to abide in Him asking for wisdom, knowing that the timing of the destruction of the enemies’ work is in God’s timing.
