True Justice
We are fasting and praying for true justice for the unborn. We can be assured our prayers are powerful as we confidently pray God’s word. The Lord is calling the leaders of our nation to listen to the voice of true justice and to defend the defenseless – it’s time to not allow this carnage to continue.

The Lord has times and seasons, and many times says in the fullness of time – we believe, as it has now been 50 years since abortion laws have been made, it is a Kairos moment to band as one to agree with Heaven that this must STOP!

We humble ourselves and pray, confessing our sin and acknowledging the blood of Jesus has the powerful cry of mercy over our land, that the Lord will hold to account those who are pushing the destruction of lives.

All rise! For God now comes to judge as He convenes Heaven’s courtroom.
He judges every judge and rules over every ruler, saying,
“How long will you judges refuse to listen to the voice of true justice
and continue to corrupt what is right by judging in favour of the wrong?”
Pause in His presence
“Defend the defenseless, the fatherless and the forgotten,
the disenfranchised and the destitute.
Your duty is to deliver the poor and the powerless;
liberate them from the grasp of the wicked.
But you continue in your darkness and ignorance
while the foundations of society are shaken to the core!
Didn’t I commission you as judges, saying,
‘You are all like gods, since you judge on My behalf.
You are all like sons of the Most High, My representatives.’
Nevertheless, in death you are nothing but mere men!
You will be laid in the ground like any prince and you will die.”
All rise! For God now takes His place as judge of all the earth.
Don’t you know that everything and everyone belongs to Him?
The nations will be sifted in His hands!

May we join the Lord in praying this Psalm that we have true justice for the defenceless babies in the womb. They are forgotten in the abortion bills and disenfranchised from the place the Lord has given them – to live lives on the earth, made in His image.

Prayer:
Father, You are the righteous Judge of all. We stand in agreement with Your word and pray for true justice in our nation. We decree from Your word in Isaiah 27:1, ‘In that day the Lord will take His terrible, swift sword and punish Leviathan, the swiftly moving serpent, the coiling, writhing serpent. He will kill the dragon of the sea.’ We thank You that everything that is being twisted and lied about and being moved swiftly in our nation for the destruction of human life, come under Your mighty sword. Thank You that You are the powerful One who crushes our enemy, and also are the One who nurtures babies. There is no one like You, Lord.

Prayer for the elected Members of Parliament:
Father, today we pray for Mr Daniel Roy Cregan, member for the electorate of Kavel for the Liberal Party. We give thanks for Dan’s clear stand in supporting righteous laws. Our prayer is that he would be moved by the Holy Spirit to continue to stand. We ask for the truth of the dangerous elements of the SALRI recommendations be made clear to Dan. Let these truths motivate him with great courage to share what he has learnt in the Liberal Party room, as well as opposing every section of the abortion reform Bill.
Lord Jesus, we also pray today for Mr Samuel John Duluk, member for the electorate of Waite for the Liberal Party. We praise God for Sam’s clear opposition to the abortion to birth legislation last year. We uphold Sam and ask for divine wisdom as he works out his personal difficulties with the events reported in the press. May he know the unsearchable depth of Your love, and we pray that he would return in humility and with great determination, to campaign against all unrighteous laws, especially the abortion-to-birth Bill.
In Your powerful Name, Lord Jesus, we pray. Amen.

Prayer Points:

• Ask that Christians who have influence in any sphere to be bold and courageous to speak up.
• Pray the SA Parliamentarians standing against abortion will gain momentum to defeat this bill.
• Bring confusion into the enemy’s camp and break all the unholy alliances; cause Your angelic help to minister and war for the unborn and those standing to fight.
• Breathe into the SA Parliament and others who lead and govern, a zeal for life and to deepen convictions for life.
• Rally Your people to come with one voice, bringing wisdom, and in unity speak truth.
• Lord, raise up leaders in our nation who defend the defenceless.
• Heavenly Father, You appointed leaders, commissioned as judges, to administer deliverance to the poor and powerless. We ask that You move mightily in our nation to liberate the unborn from the grasp of the wicked.
• Lord, increase awareness of Your church in SA to stand and ‘Walk for Life’ on Saturday 8^th February, and as we pray and walk, let the Oneness and Love create and tear down, bringing Your Kingdom presence into Adelaide and all of SA.

Spend time today listening to the Lord, and pray what is on His Heart.

His mercy endures forever!

Today we stand together as one in prayer and fasting for grace to:

• STOP the Greens Abortion Reform Bill from being passed in South Australia’s Parliament.
• Bring radical amendments to the existing Abortion Law in favour of life for the unborn and safeguards for mothers.
• Push Back and eventually STOP Abortion in every state and territory in Australia.
• SHIFT the culture of this Nation to the Kingdom of Heaven with Mercy, Peace, Righteousness and Justice on earth as it is in Heaven.
