A Few Good Men (and Women) in Parliament
In a heartening interview, Senator Alex Antic speaks about his principled opposition in Parliament to vaccine mandates and his support of the freedom protests. Antic believes more MPs will come out in support of freedom over the coming weeks.
Courage begets courage. It is inspiring to see a growing number of MPs oppose the mainstream narrative and take a stand against vaccine mandates.
SA Liberal Senator Alex Antic is one of these. Last week he was interviewed by Monica Smit of Reignite Democracy Australia. In that interview, Antic sheds light on what motivates such courage—and he shares his frustration about not being able to do more.
The Movement is Growing
Alex admits that he wells up with emotion at everyday Aussies — who are often dismissed by politicians and the media as ‘extremists’ and ‘anti-vaxxers’ pounding the pavements for freedom each weekend.
It is a boost to morale to hear Antic speak of growing numbers of politicians at all levels of government increasingly concerned with the direction our country is heading.
How can Federal Parliament do anything to thwart power-heavy state and territory governments? Alex has some interesting ideas, which you can hear about more by watching the interview.
The Challenges and Opportunities Ahead
Unfortunately, given the seemingly unfruitful final weeks of parliament, and potentially only seven useful sitting days before the election, the political leverage flex is now looking less impressive. O for a captain’s call from the Prime Minister!
Come what may, these gutsy politicians are to be applauded for holding to their convictions and representing a growing chorus of concerned voices. With the increasing awareness of vaccine injuries, and the way now clear for five-year-olds to get the experimental jab, that chorus is set to get a whole lot louder.

Australia still has a blasphemy law architecture that goes by a new name — namely, our vilification and anti-discrimination framework. These laws have striking parallels to Australia’s old blasphemy laws, with the exception that they serve a new god and are more readily enforced than the old ones.
