In every generation, there is an opportunity to follow the Lord Jesus’s example as He taught:

“There is no greater love than to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.”
~ John 15:13 (NLT)

He did just that — He laid down His life for His Bride. It is said about those who overcome the enemy:

“And they have defeated him by the blood of the Lamb and by their testimony.
And they did not love their lives so much that they were afraid to die.”
~ Revelation 12:11 (NLT)

Now is the time to overcome the fear of death. Be courageous, and full of faith to stand up and be the voice for the voiceless and take action to rescue babies.

Just like the young Light Horsemen who liberated the Jews from 400 years of Turkish rule, there is now a clarion call from Heaven. Let us be like those who have ears to hear what the Spirit is saying to the churches — let us discern the voice of the Lord calling for a great stand across the earth to save the babies in the womb. Prophets are speaking it out more and more in these days — the time is now!

Like Queen Esther, our call may involve saving whole nations from destruction and certain death. Mordecai had to challenge Esther out of her hesitancy and self-preservation by stating it plainly:

“For if you remain silent at this time,
liberation and rescue will arise for the Jews from another place,
and you and your father’s house will perish
[since you did not help when you had the chance].
And who knows whether you have attained royalty
for such a time as this [and for this very purpose]?”
~ Esther 4:14 (AMP)

May we His Body rise up as One, with one heart and mind, to defeat the enemy and overcome the flood of legalised abortion. We are given the call:

“Today I appoint you to stand up against nations and kingdoms.
Some you must uproot and tear down, destroy and overthrow.
Others you must build up and plant.”
~ Jeremiah 1:10 (NLT)

Prayer:

Heavenly Father, thank You for Your Son Jesus, Who demonstrated such love and faithfulness to be willing to die for us while we were still sinners.

Lord, we ask for the courage and tenacity shown by our ancestors at Beersheba — send the Anzac Spirit to quicken believers to strategically charge at the kingdom of darkness that feeds on the suffering and death of young lives.

Thank You that You made us kings and priests and appoint us to stand up against nations and kingdoms that need to be overthrown. May we all be like Queen Esther, born for and positioned for such a time as this, taking a stand and influencing those who can change the flood of the shedding of innocent blood.

We choose to fast and pray and move by Your Spirit, in Your wisdom, to move this mountain of abortion. This may seem impossible for man, but nothing is impossible for You! Thank You for the liberation and rescue of the unborn today.

Lord, we declare that the enemy behind aborting our future Australians be defeated and routed and returned to the pit for judgement.

Lord, send wave upon wave of Your love and forgiveness, hope and strategy to find the way through for those people thinking of aborting their babies.

May Your Ekklesia in this generation be the mature sons and daughters who are willing to love and not shrink back in self-preservation, but follow You all our days and bring You the glory of victory!

We pray all these things in Your Holy Name, Lord Jesus, Yeshua. Amen.

Acts of Repentance:

Take time today to engage with a partner in prayer to strategise on what the Lord is saying that you can do, say or change in regard to rescuing the unborn.
What would it look like to lay down your life to rescue them?

Go deep with the Lord today and ask that He reveal any generational iniquity in our bloodline that has been a part of the shedding of innocent blood. Bring this to the Throne of Grace and ask for the blood of Jesus to powerfully cleanse your generations past, yourself and your offspring and descendants. This disempowers the enemy and increases our effectiveness in prayer.

Prayer Points:

• Join our prayers with the USA in the battle to overturn Roe v. Wade — There is an abortion case (Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization) presently being considered by the nine US Supreme Court Judges which could overturn the famous abortion case Roe v. Wade (1973) which opened up abortion on demand in the USA for almost 50 years. This has resulted in the loss of life to over 62,000,000 babies in the USA. The verdict of the case is expected to be known in June 2022. If Roe v. Wade (1973) is overturned, or invalidated, it is expected that around half the states in the USA will move to make abortion illegal in their states. It is thought six out of the nine judges now have pro-life values.
• Pray that the Love Adelaide — Walk for Life 2022 on Feb 12^th 10am-12pm will grow in momentum from the 5,000 last year — that nothing will hinder the church standing against legalised abortion, adding their strength and support to end the abortion crisis in our nation and beyond. • Ask for the Babies Born Alive (Human Rights — Children Born Alive Protection Bill 2021) tabled in the Australian Federal Parliament to have favour, that it be allowed to go for a vote and be passed in this term of government with no more delay — so that in every state and territory in Australia, babies born alive after a failed abortion will receive proper medical care and legal protection.
• That people of South Australia will vote according to Life in the upcoming State Parliament elections. May they no longer support the politicians who voted for aborting viable babies even to full term, blocked vital lifesaving amendments and forbade all prayer and offers of help within 150 m of any place where abortions occur (including all major public hospitals).
• That many women and men will take up the call to be on the frontline in the fight for Life for the Unborn by joining a political party and running for office.
