NHL Stages First Ever All Trans Ice Hockey Game
Cue 2022’s Most Spectacular Own Goal.
The National Hockey League decided to stage a transgender match! The ultimate celebration of unicorns and non-binary joy!
As far as own goals go, this was easily the most spectacular of 2022.
The official NHL Twitter account tweeted:
The NHL is proud to support this past weekend’s Team Trans Draft Tournament in Middleton, Wisconsin. This was the first tournament comprised entirely of transgender and nonbinary players, with around 80 folks participating!

Woohoo.
They should have promoted it as pay-per-view. A team of biological males (identifying as women) took to the ice to play off against a team of biological women (identifying as men).
And what do you think happened? Can you guess?
(Spoiler Alert: The game went exactly as conservatives have been warning for a decade that such things would go)
But before we get to the result, I need to mention that the transgendered women’s team was dressed in pink uniforms.
Are these not the people raging against gender stereotypes?
Maybe it’s not that funny. Maybe enforcing gender stereotypes is what men do. Oops, did I say that? Total slip of the keyboard.
Anyway, on to the result because I know you’re on the edge of your seat waiting to hear what happened.
(Come on, seriously, you already KNOW what happened)
Totally Foreseeable
Not only did the biological men identifying as women beat the biological women identifying as men, they knocked them unconscious!
One of the transgendered men was knocked out cold by a hit from behind from a much larger, dare I say masculine, transgendered woman.
According to a report in the Daily Mail, the transgendered men’s goalie, Mason LeFebvre, saw the hit unfold and consequently burst into tears before collapsing in the corner of the rink.
The trans man had to be coaxed back to the game with chants of “We love Mason”.
It’s kind of like exactly what you’d expect to happen if the NHL staged a men’s versus women’s match. But I digress.
In Denial
What was funny was that the biological woman who was knocked unconscious, Danni Maki, could not admit what had happened, lest people start drawing conclusions that are not permitted in polite society.
You know, conclusions like:
- Women are physically weaker than men
- Identifying as a woman doesn’t make a man suddenly weaker
- Identifying as a man doesn’t make a woman suddenly stronger
- Women, no matter how they identify, are endangered when playing contact sports against men no matter how they identify.
Maki, when interviewed by media after regaining consciousness and being released from hospital, could not admit any of this, and so told journalists:
“I took a very odd fall.”
Er, nope.
You got hit from behind by a bloke.
The only ‘odd’ thing about it is that you are not permitted to admit what it actually was.
But let’s go with it anyway. The trans man took an odd fall, resulting in a complete loss of consciousness and hospitalisation while a broad-shouldered, muscular trans woman loitered guiltily in the background.
Got it.
As for the result, well that was never publicised. I think we can all guess who won. And by now it should be obvious why they never told anyone the result.
All jokes aside, the NHL and activists supporting clown shows like this actually endanger transgendered “men” like Maki. And worse, they then attempt a woke cover-up of injuries to biological women, all to prop up an anti-science, anti-woman ideology. It’s disgraceful.
