Have We Reached Peak Gullibility Yet?
Government convenes a meeting about cutting emissions that creates emissions.
The Albanese Government’s Jet Zero Council flew dozens of participants from around Australia to Brisbane this Tuesday to discuss how to reduce aviation emissions.
The meeting, hosted by Transport Minister Catherine King, was to last two hours.
Then everyone will fly home again.
It’s quite literally a discussion about reducing emissions that will create emissions.
Honestly, you couldn’t make this stuff up.
The Government wants the airline industry to be operating on net zero emissions by 2050.
The Jet Zero Council is comprised of members representing 14 organisations — including airlines, airports, manufacturers, research bodies, defence, and finance companies — most of whom are not in Brisbane and none of whom, it seems, have ever heard of Zoom.
Our political and corporate elites insist there’s a global crisis and that they are handling it on our behalf.
Have we reached peak gullibility yet?
