Secret Men’s Business
Sexual integrity is something we advocate for strongly here at Dads4Kids. Indeed, we hosted a Sexual Integrity Forum at Parliament House, Canberra in 2005, and you can download our Sexual Integrity Strategic Policy Plan: 16 Reasons Why Sexual Integrity Matters PDF document here.
Especially for us men, if we let lust, or strong sexual desires, run rampant, we risk destroying everything in our lives. As the wise words of Job noted around two and a half thousand years ago: “For lust is a shameful sin, a crime that should be punished. It is a fire that burns all the way to hell. It would wipe out everything I own.”
Strong words, but not much has changed in the hearts of men since.
One doesn’t need to look far to see that, sadly, many lives and families today are being wiped out by lust. But it doesn’t have to be this way.
There are wonderful organisations and individuals doing amazing work to help men win the battle over lust and walk in freedom. One such individual is a great man named Greg, who has a fantastic website called Secret Men’s Business, built by a dear Dads4Kids friend, Scott Nailon.
Greg is a practising Biblical Counsellor based in Sydney’s inner-west who is passionate about helping men find freedom, in particular those who struggle with lust and pornography. His passion was birthed out of a journey from constant struggle to freedom, and his next 8-week men’s group course starts soon on 12 October. Find out more here.
Recommended highly by Scott Nailon, I spoke with Greg recently, and he is the real deal. A bit like the ancient Job, Greg describes how he lost everything to porn, but then regained it all by dealing with the addiction and following the example of Jesus Christ.
The website lays down the gauntlet: PORN OR PURITY? THE CHOICE IS YOURS! Secret Men’s Business will help you confront the issues of pornography and lust that are the proverbial elephants in the room for us modern men. As Greg says,
“If this is something you continue to struggle with, I want you to know that there is hope. True freedom is attainable, but it’s not something that men can easily achieve on their own.”

Visit https://secretmens.business/ to find out more, and please spread the word. As Greg says, we’re in a battle, and the team at Dads4Kids would love to see every man in Australia winning his battles and walking in freedom.
Yours for living lives of purity,
Nathaniel Marsh

Thank you for your enlightening article. The increasing concern about the pervasive presence of pornography in our society cannot be ignored. A simple search on the internet reveals a plethora of sites readily available, underscoring the alarming ease of access. It’s quite ironic, if not outright perplexing, that a company with a name like “Ethical Capital Partners” claims to promote ethical practices within the porn industry. This seems contradictory, especially when considering the grim fact that the sex industry is reputedly the world’s largest trafficker of women and girls.
Your mention of the upcoming men’s group is particularly commendable. Such initiatives are crucial in our times, and more churches should indeed invest in these programs. As you rightly pointed out, the devastating consequences of lust and pornography on men cannot be overstated.
The work done by individuals like Greg is truly laudable. His testament to overcoming addiction and charting a path of righteousness, akin to the story of Job, provides a beacon of hope for many struggling men. The message of “PORN OR PURITY?” is a timely reminder of the choices that lay before us.
Your article, Nathaniel, serves as a crucial wake-up call, urging all of us to tread the path of integrity and purity. Thank you for bringing attention to this and for championing the cause of sexual integrity.
A terrible scourge that leads in many cases to Child Pornography and encourages random attacks on females, etc. Where is the religious leadership with gumption to fight this evil ? I still attend church, but, am angry, bored by bland sermons in which there are no mention of these and other evils which are destroying our society.
