The Problem is Always Middle-Aged White Men
The BBC is worried that train drivers are “overwhelmingly middle-aged white men”.
Now do Uber drivers! But I digress.
Just imagine the BBC’s surprise when they learn that the train drivers in Pakistan are overwhelmingly middle-aged brown men!
Dear Lord, I’m sick of this non-stop racial whining. The anti-white racism in overwhelmingly white Western nations is astonishing.
Does it really matter what colour your train driver is? And besides, 82 per cent of England is white. So where’s the problem?
The UK’s public broadcaster lamented that,
“The National Skills Academy for Rail figures show that only one in ten drivers are non-white, with even fewer being women.
“The rail industry has long recognised itself as being one of the least diverse employment sectors.”
Oh my God! How will the trains run on time?!
Officialdom
Not to worry, Southern Railway has a talent, diversity and inclusion officer (doesn’t every corporation these days?) who told the BBC:
“It’s really important that we have diversity of thinking within the railway, which is as important as diversity of ethnicity.”
Zoe Hudson never explains why the ethnic diversity of train drivers is important. And the BBC reporter never asks.
Does the pigmentation of the train driver help the train stay on the tracks?
Of course, such questions are not important. Just repeat after me:
Diversity is our strength. Toot-toot!
By the way, here’s a picture of Zoe.

She’s very… white.
Booooo!
Zoe said,
“Ultimately, the railway will look and feel different, and that will make a more successful business.”
Er, exactly how will the railway look and feel different with an Indian train driver?
Or an African train driver?
Or an Asian train driver?
When was the last time you noticed the ethnicity of the bloke making sure the train from Hornsby to Central Station made it on time?
I’ve travelled by rail plenty, and not once seen the driver, let alone thought about him.
Would I have enjoyed the trip more had I known the train was piloted by a 22-year-old black woman rather than a 48-year-old white man?
Maybe.
But only if I had smoked a good deal of weed first.
Speak for Yourself
Again, these highly paid diversity officers simply chant nonsense while everyone nods in furious agreement as if something profoundly righteous had just been said.
If Zoe was really committed to diversity, she would have replaced herself with a transgendered woman of colour.
Diversity for thee, but not for me.
The BBC, however, was worried. It reported that despite Zoe’s undoubted enthusiasm for race-based hiring,
“Train drivers remain overwhelmingly male, and overwhelmingly white.
“Fewer than one in ten drivers are women: 91.5% are men, 8.5% are women, up from 6% two years ago.
More than nine in ten drivers are white: 90.8%, with 9.2% coming from other ethnicities.”
So what?
Do the pale stale males get people to their destinations safely? Yes? Then what’s the problem?
Do the pale stale males ensure the trains run on time? Yes? Well, then, I’m pretty sure the gender, much less the colour, of the driver is completely irrelevant.
And besides, most women don’t want to be train drivers just like most men don’t want to be naggy diversity officers.
We seem to have reached a point in Western culture where a majority of white men in any situation are immediately framed as a negative that must be dealt with.
The BBC exclaims in horror that trains are driven by middle-aged white men! Why report that when they could just as easily report — admiringly — that middle-aged white men were working hard?
What will the BBC do when they get their fill of brown train drivers? Will they then campaign to ensure Southern Rail has a full array of LGBTQ members in the caboose?
The madness never ends.

Toot Toot indeed!
I am sick of the hate of White people and of those idiots who commit the eventual extinction of our race by aborting White babies. God created all colours and loves them all, so, why should we feel shame or guilt to be White ?
