APHRA Targets Dr William Bay Again, Reigniting Battle for Free Speech
The Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (APHRA) is back to attacking Dr William Bay.
Renewing their investigation of Bay, APHRA’s apparent bureaucratic bullies are, once again, pursuing complaints against his social media posts.
Showing they’ve learned nothing from their massive legal loss over freedom of speech in mid-December, the governing medical body decided to pursue a 13 December “notification” (complaint).
Working with the Health Ombudsman (OHO), APHRA told Dr Bay that the ‘notifier’ (complainer) took issue with his views on experimental MRNA “vaccines” and Ivermectin.

APHRA said that the fresh verified complaint “raised concerns about his conduct.”
By which APHRA meant free speech.
Of specific concern are allegations that Dr Bay has made “multiple anti-COVID-19 ‘vaccination’ and Ivermectin statements.”
After “analysing” the matter, the medical bodies – both APHRA and the OHO – told Dr Bay that they were pursuing the complaint by referring the matter back to themselves.
He now faces another clash with APHRA over their seeming inability to make the easy-to-everyone-else distinction between practising medicine, and making public criticisms of COVID on social media.
The recently reinstated Christian Queensland doctor made news of APHRA’s latest manoeuvre public on X yesterday, stating,
“So, it’s war then! May Jesus guide and bless this fight once again.”
Injustice
He also suggested support for suspended Sydney doctor MyLe Trinh.
Raising awareness of Trinh’s own legal fight against the “protect the pandemic narrative at all costs” bureaucracy, Dr Bay added,
“I think God wants me to help in the fight of MyLe Trinh against Ahpra for prescribing Ivermectin.”
MyLe Trinh, a Cambodian refugee who escaped Marxist killing fields under Pol Pot, was suspended indefinitely by the Medical Council of New South Wales based on Health Care Complaints Commission allegations in 2021.
Her alleged crime was prescribing Ivermectin to treat COVID-19 patients.
According to a Change.org petition launched by Trinh in November 2024, complaints against her came without patient consent, and from anonymous individuals.
Addressing motive, she described her suspension as persecution, saying the complaints were a “clearly coordinated attempt to create a false narrative of malpractice.”

Trinh’s Change.org petition is seeking supporters to help her end this pandemic persecution, and free doctors from policies that protect political agendas.
Resharing Dr Bay’s post about APHRA, Trinh wrote,
“You’re a sore loser, AHPRA.”
This followed another post from Trinh quoting 1 Samuel 17:45-50’s recount of David’s battle with Goliath, and her exclaiming, “Fantastic! Bring it on, AHPRA!”
Barring pro-forma formalities, it appears as though APHRA is hellbent on destroying doctors who don’t fall in, salute, then goosestep in unison with the preferred political paradigm.
Dr William Bay’s win in December seems like the equivalent of climbing one mountain, only to discover he’ll now have to conquer another.
Responding to APHRA, Dr Bay, in an exclusive, told The Daily Declaration that he views the action as “illegal”.
“APHRA referring a free speech matter about Ivermectin and the covid vaccines to themselves for investigation, is further evidence of their bias.
“This has nothing to do with my clinical conduct, and is out of the scope of what Ahpra is supposed to be doing, i.e. protecting the safety of medical services provided to patients,” Dr Bay added.
This is also, he continued, “an attack on clinical autonomy, and intellectual freedom of Australian clinicians of which I cannot abide.”
Dr Bay then asserted,
“Patients’ health depends on the ability to think and speak freely — not to be constrained by the fear of dictates from government bureaucrats in Melbourne.”

I learnt from Sky News that student doctors + nurses in Australia courses’ include “Change Climate “. Rather than concentrate on medicine, they must as part of their Woke indoctrination , subscribe to this if they want to graduate !
I pray for both Drs Bay + Trinh in this crazy, unfree Australia which needs a Purge of All educators who even intrude their Woke Idealogy in everything, even the study of Maths ! Perhaps the only way we can stop the Marxist Take-over of Australia or becoming part of the Muslim Caliphate is to become a State of USA ? Bay has spread multiple lies about COVID, and vaccination, even calling the vaccine a “bioweapon”, and saying that “they want you dead”.
The man spreads bigotry and hatred.
His lies place lives at risk.
He is a disgrace and a danger to patients. He should never be able to practice again.
Nothing that he has done is even remotely Christian.
This is defamatory. And shows you’ve missed the entire point. His professional practice – which is spotless – shouldn’t be measured by his personal social media posts. The very idea we should be policing someone’s thoughts, or speech is not even remotely Christian. He should be judged by the content of his character, not his comments about COVID.
How tragic it is that Australia has allowed this terrible ruling by APHRA for Dr Bay. America has had much evidence come in and the Govt admitted it was an experimental vaccine used. They also admitted it was not properly trialed in the usual scientific way -so no control groups included. The vaccine companies did not want to be sued for damages or any sudden death so ‘no indemnity’ clauses were taken out by Pfizer and other drug companies. In the USA as people brought in evidence to show harm was done by the vaccine by the vaccine, the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines were suddenly withdrawn (without explanation) but it was known by many by that stage it was harmful and associated with heart attacks and Atrial fibrillation, as well as immune system break down and cancer.
The Australian Gov has been slow to admit any of this and has instead postponed the Royal commission many times and when it was to be implemented all sorts of limits were placed on the probing into vaccine injuries and deaths.
Much information has been withheld and many doctors have been bribed and bullied by the Govt to give the vaccine (or lose their jobs). Those doctors who have done their study and had a conscience should not be persecuted
…Graham Hood mentioned one poor doctor who authorised a husband have a vaccine and as this patient was driving home he had brain hemorrhage and crashed his car and died at the scene. The young doctor who had given the vaccine took his life as he knew the patient’s death was connected to the vaccine as he had already heard and read of some other evidence.
The vaccine program has been examined in other countries and ‘found wanting’…we are slow to accept that we too should be examining all evidence and to ask why did the big vaccine companies ask for ‘no indemnity’ and why did they not use the truthful term ‘experimental vaccine’
And why did our Australian Govt say it was safe when it was not tested properly.
Its a national tragedy
