Kirralie Smith: A Stay Has Been Granted
After a gruelling legal battle, Kirralie Smith has secured an appeal stay, pledging to fight vilification rulings and defend truth, reality, and sex-based rights in 2026.
I was fortunate enough to spend a couple of weeks with my family, resting and working on my farm. It was a much-needed respite after a taxing year. I hope you also were able to rest and spend time with loved ones.
The final two days of 2025 were particularly stressful, though. My lawyers had to appear in court to argue why we needed to appeal the unbelievable decision to pay $95,000 in damages to two men playing in women’s football competitions.
Contradictory orders were also made by the court that required attention. The orders and guilty verdict must be challenged.
I am pleased to say that at 3 p.m. on New Year’s Eve, I was told we won the stay on the orders, and the appeal in the NSW Supreme Court will go ahead. (We can’t go straight to the High Court due to particular processes that must be followed.)
I will update you as details come to hand.
Unreality
Being found guilty of vilification for speaking the truth and advocating for women’s sex-based rights is something straight out of George Orwell’s fictional 1984. The book is almost like a manual for today’s evil governments.
Read these quotes from the famous novel written in 1948, and you will see there really is nothing new under the sun:
“Every record has been destroyed or falsified, every book rewritten, every picture has been repainted, every statue and street building has been renamed, every date has been altered. And the process is continuing day by day and minute by minute. History has stopped. Nothing exists except an endless present in which the Party is always right.”
“It’s a beautiful thing, the destruction of words.”
“For, after all, how do we know that two and two make four? Or that the force of gravity works? Or that the past is unchangeable? If both the past and the external world exist only in the mind, and if the mind itself is controllable – what then?”
“The Party told you to ignore the evidence of your eyes and ears. It was their final, most essential command.”
I, for one, will not obey the command to lie, to deceive, or to accept the false narrative that humans can change sex.
Men cannot be women or vice versa.
I make the commitment to stand with you and fight for truth and reality in 2026.
We will not bow down to the lies, and we will do everything we can to promote truth, the safeguarding of children and the defence of human sex-based rights.

Keep on fighting, you’re in the right.
Praying for you Kirralie!!!!!
It’s so sad. She was once seen as a rising star of conservative politics. Cory Bernardi embraced her and for a brief time there she was getting airtime on conservative radio and TV.
But that all went to her head and she thought she was some sort of conservative superwoman. She was well out of her depth and it was obvious. She quickly got dropped by the conservative media and she became largely ignored.
Hungry for the fame she once had, she just started making more and more provocative remarks on social media. She craved the attention she once had.
It’s a bit like that Leach guy who during the Pro-Palestinian protests took an Israeli flag to a rally to deliberately provoke them.
And then cry victim.
As conservatives we don’t give a platform to these people anymore. That’s why you won’t see them on Sky News or hear them on 2GB.
Kirralie, thank you for your humility, and determination to see a gross wrong righted!
Praying for the Lord to vindicate you Kirralie. It takes guts to stand up in the public arena and state the TRUTH and that is that it’s ludicrous to think that anyone can change their sex. This is determined at the moment of conception. And also to be a champion for women’s sports to be protected from men claiming to be women who then have the advantage of larger frames, weight etc. Thank you Kirralie for your tenacity and for being a spokesperson for what the majority of Australians believe.
Continue to fight for the truth Kirralie!!! You are light exposing the darkness. May God protect you.
God bless you ! May you win .
Thank you Kirralie for having the courage to stand up for the obvious.
