Prayer and Fasting for the Unborn Sees Thousands Take to Adelaide and Brisbane Streets

13 February 2026

2.9 MINS

Thank you to every one who prayed, fasted and stood for life! Across the country, thousands have joined heaven’s heart for the 90,000 aborted babies who are denied the right to life every year.

Proverbs 24:11 commends those who make a stand for the unborn. “Rescue those being taken off to death, and save those stumbling towards slaughter.

Immense gratitude goes to the Love Adelaide/Love Australia team and volunteers who initiated this national call for 21 days of prayer and fasting for the unborn, produced prayer devotionals (read them all here) and ran Australia’s first walk for life in the 2026 calendar year on the last day of this prayer campaign in Adelaide.

An estimated 4,200 took to Adelaide’s parks and city streets as a public witness for life — the largest turnout since 2021, which was just weeks prior to the abortion up to birth bill passing in SA.

Please thank pro-life politicians Alex AnticDennis Hood and Nicola Centofanti (Liberal) and Claire Scriven (Labor) for their attendance and support in Adelaide. (You will find their contact details by clicking their names.)

Be sure to check out Ann Browne’s (Love Australia prayer co-ordinator) summary of these 21 days and highlights of 2026’s first pro-life walk here and watch the moving 4-minute video below.

Thousands Rally for the Unborn in Brisbane on Monday

Recently in Queensland, baby Samuel, at 16 weeks’ gestation, survived an abortion and for 30 minutes, was left to die, still sucking his thumb.

A Queensland medical professional (at great personal risk) took a photo of baby Samuel to reveal this horrendous child abuse.

Thousands attended a rally on the steps of Queensland’s Parliament House on Monday in support of baby Samuel and all unborn children who are denied the right to life.

The rally was held one day in advance of pro-life MP Robbie Katter’s motion to overturn a ban forbidding parliamentary debate on abortion. Tragically, the ban prevents MPs from seeking to change the laws on abortion was set up by the LNP Premier David Crisafulli.

In 2024, Robbie Katter attempted to change Queensland’s law to mandate medical care (and, if possible, life-saving care) for babies born alive and left to die after a failed abortion. The current ban means no politician can bring pro-life bills to parliament.

Disgracefully, the Liberal National Party (LNP) opposed Katter’s motion. The Labor Party, while voting in support of the motion, did so with the evil motive to push to make Queensland’s laws even more pro-abortion.

Sadly, Robbie’s motion was voted down.

Yet, in the midst of defeat, we are incredibly encouraged by LNP MP, Nigel Dalton, who decided to go against his party and vote according to his pro-life principles. He was the only LNP MP to do so.

We highly encourage you to watch Nigel explain how he made his decision. We’re sure you’ll be inspired.

Going against party positions can lead to severe consequences. It takes a tremendous amount of courage to stand firm, and this week, Nigel demonstrated that courage.

The Daily Declaration has published coverage of Queensland’s heartbreaking yet important pro-life rally and vote in the article, “Queensland LNP MP Crosses Floor in Attempt to Bin the Ban on Abortion Debate” and in the moving 4-minute video below. Be sure to check them out.

Thank These Brave Pro-Life MPs Who Voted for Life

All Pro-Life ( including my) comments have been deleted and the speeches scrambled to prevent people from hearing. The Satanic battle against Life continues. Thanks to all politicians, supporters, volunteers , “Real Men Protect Babies “,and , an especial thank to Nigel Dalton MP who had the courage to cross the floor because abortion is against God’s Law . All correspondence from Dr Joanna Howe to me is ( against my wishes ) going into Spam ! Why do we need to import unskilled people , many of whom refuse to assimilate, when we abort about 90, 000 a year ?

Regardless of who is in government and regardless of economic. energy and immigration policies; if Australians keep up the slaughter of babies in the womb, this country is doomed as surely as the sophisticated and murderous pagan Aztec society perished because they sacrificed their children to their demons disguised as gods. The catastrophic rates of divorce, crime, suicide, child abuse, homelessness and violence have all sprung like a poisonous weed from one seed: separating sex from its natural purpose of fertility and a lifelong bond in marriage.

Excellent article! I had the privilege of being at both events. God is watching and hearing our prayers. David will defeat Goliath again in Jesus Name Amen. God bless President Trump. Lord give him influence over our government here in Jesus Name Amen.
