Qatar’s Anti-Western Influence on Universities Across the Developed World
A researcher claims Qatar is bankrolling antisemitism on Western campuses through targeted university funding, while experts warn of broader threats to democratic institutions worldwide.

It was only on 9 April when Elianna, 23, told this publication that she had to cut short her studies at Deakin University in Melbourne because she was physically targeted for standing up for Israelis.
She is of Israeli descent.
Qatar’s Campus Cash Trail
Universities across the nation have seen a rise in antisemitism since the 7 October 2023 Hamas terror attacks in Israel.
Admoni’s research has found that Qatar continues to fund education institutions across the developed world to promote anti-Western sentiment.
“The facts are that Qatar transfers a large amount of money to several institutes in the US,” he told The Daily Declaration during an Australian Jewish Association video conference.
“Some of them are universities in Doha, for example, like Georgetown University.”
The Jerusalem Post reported in January that Georgetown University was the epicentre of Qatari influence in American higher education.
Over the past two decades, the Washington, DC, institution has received almost $1 billion from Qatar through its Doha campus partnership and targeted endowments – funding that has ensconced Islamist influences into the university’s intellectual culture.
Al Jazeera’s Role in Shaping Young Minds

“The journalism school in Doha is actually doing its internship at Al Jazeera, and it was part of the conditions of the establishment of this institute,” he said.
“Qatar also used this money to affect some appointments inside Doha, to affect the curriculum.
“Sometimes the foreign professors became even more righteous than the Pope. But in terms of the US and other Western campuses, Qatar uses the green-red alliance.
“(They say) ‘we are going to give you the money, and your Middle Eastern faculties will be oriented in terms of establishing narratives like ‘Islamophobia’ and colonialism studies.
“This way, many in the younger generation don’t know what ‘From the river to the sea‘ means. Qatar poured money towards this to transform and influence the minds of the younger generations to be less apparent.
“We need to also remember that here in Australia, there have been reports about Qatari funding to the Muslim Brotherhood.”
Muslim Brotherhood Ties Reach Australia
This claim was backed up by Canadian intellectual Charles Small, when he spoke in Melbourne last September.
As reported in The Financial Review, Small said that Qatari duplicity in supporting education, finance, science, health, sports, arts and culture, communications and development while also supporting Hamas, the Taliban and other militias, posed a direct risk to Western democracy.
His institute’s 2023 research project, Networks of Hate – in collaboration with the US Department of Justice – found that while the Al Thani royal family promoted Qatar as a moderate nation that used its soft power and wealth to invest in and become affiliated with civil society bodies and universities, it had also “embraced and promoted Islamist thinking and activism worldwide for many years”.
Small has been quoted on the record saying the Qatari royal family has a spiritual oath to the Muslim Brotherhood.
Trump Keeps Iran Guessing on Next Move
Meanwhile, CEO/Jerusalem Bureau Chief of Jewish News Syndicate, Alex Traiman, said US President Donald Trump will keep the hostile Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) regime guessing regarding its next move in the current conflict in Iran.

“A consideration is ‘we did everything we set out to do militarily, and now we need to give space to the economic blockade and to what the CIA and Mossad are cooking to try and destabilise this regime’,” he said.
“You don’t really get to a full victory unless you have a regime change. The question is, can you actually affect that regime change from the air by doing anything more than you’ve already done?
“He might be willing to pack it up or wait it out. Meanwhile, I think he’ll keep the ships and equipment in the Persian Gulf area for an extended time in order to keep up the pressure.
“We might be at the end of the military conflict, but at the same time, the President prides himself on keeping everybody guessing.
“He might run out of patience and say there’s a last round of military operations that needs to take place to secure the Persian Gulf, to take the oil production capabilities on Kharg Island, or another round of targeted assassinations from the air.”
UN Corruption
Traiman was also critical in speaking to The Daily Declaration when asked about the IRGC being nominated by the United Nations’ 54-nation Economic and Social Council to its Committee for Program and Coordination.
It will meet to shape policy on women’s rights, human rights, disarmament and terrorism prevention this month, despite the IRGC’s own abysmal human rights track record.
“I think it’s really just an indication of how corrupt the United Nations is,” he said.
“You’re definitely seeing the cracking of the global order happening right now, and that’s being led by Donald Trump.
“Look at the UK, France and Germany. Look at what’s happening to Europe with the mass Muslim immigration. Look at what’s happening at the UN.”

The billions of the oil rich countries of the Middle East not only control our universities, but, own much of the high rise development in our major cities as well as owning much of the food in our supermarkets which started with eg Peters Icecream metamorphosing into food production before being taken over with the billion-dollar business now part -owned by the UAE and British -interests being registered in a small Yorkshire village. Australians now own virtually NOTHING in OZ. People like me still avoid buying any packaged food from supermarkets , but, we can’t easily avoid the foreign -owned milk, etc. Mothers now work. They are exhausted and buy pre-packaged, expensive meals. After WW2 Council regulations permitted people in suburbia to run , chickens, geese, rabbits and guinea pigs for home consumption. Backyards grew all the vegetables a family needed. Sometime in about the 1990s councils became a 3rd tier of govt. for which we are now required to vote ! Our rates have gone through the roof to pay these now Public Servants and their Overseas jaunts. Once their work was voluntary , ie unpaid! We have lost the power which we once had to control Councils for the welfare of the local people which now serve the interests of many foreign Developers eg Middle Eastern ones . Our cities are now congested because of Mass migration of many Muslims, noisy places full of gang violence and the essence of what was once Christian and of European descent is being replaced by a religion whose aim has been for 1, 400 years jihad= extermination of all Jews and imposition of Islam on the rest of us whether we agree or not , and ultimately banning all Christianity. A country gets what it deserves once it turns away from Jesus.
