Biden marches in lockstep on trans agenda
“In three actions in his first week in office, President Biden has demonstrated his blind adherence to ‘transgendered’ dogma,” said Dr. Jennifer Roback Morse, Founder and President of the Ruth Institute.
Morse reported:
“First, he appointed a man who says he’s a woman, Dr. Richard Levine, as Assistant Secretary of Health. This was widely heralded among progressives as a landmark appointment.”
In 2013, Dr. Levine, a father of two who was Pennsylvania’s Health Secretary, divorced his wife of 30 years, began wearing a dress and wig, and announced that he was now a “woman” named Rachel.
“If he called himself Daffy, that wouldn’t make him a duck,” Morse replied.
“Regardless of how he dresses or what he calls himself, Dr. Levine will remain what he was at birth, and what he will be for the rest of his life — a man.”
Morse added,
“Democrats are forever demanding that we listen to ‘science’ on issues like global warming and COVID-19. Does science tell them that a man can become a woman with a change of name and wardrobe?”
The President also signed an executive order repealing President Trump’s order prohibiting “transgenders” from serving in the military and requiring the armed forces to pay for so-called gender reassignment surgery.
“And how exactly will this enhance military readiness?” Morse asked.
“Does he honestly believe that members of our armed forces are just aching to go into combat with men in panty hose? Can our military, which needs everything from new weapon systems to better health care, really afford to pay to have body parts removed from healthy men and women?”
Finally, President Biden issued yet another executive order repealing one of Trump’s orders returning gender-sanity to schools.
“Once more, boys will be able to use girl’s bathrooms, showers and changing rooms — considerations of modesty and safety notwithstanding,” Morse said.
“He also effectively ended women’s sports. Women now will be forced to compete against men who say they’re women. The latter will have an often insurmountable advantage due to greater muscle mass and other physical differences between the sexes. For years, proponents of the Sexual Revolution held themselves up as champions of women’s sports. Now, they’re demonstrating their commitment to women’s sports by destroying women’s sports.”
“In pushing the LGBTQ agenda without question or compromise, President Biden will make Barack Obama look like Phyllis Schlafly,” Morse predicted.
