Reverend Dr Rob Nyhuis
I oversee the Churches of Christ congregations in the Australian states of Victoria and Tasmania and serve as National Chair. I have been the senior minister of a church that has two campuses in the outer south-east of Melbourne and has extensive work in Cambodia and the Philippines as well as in the local community. Married to Anna and with four awesome children, I love playing and recording piano and keyboards, as well as photography, reading and watching documentaries and sport. I have been the head of a secondary school after a 17 year teaching career (Chemistry, Science, Mathematics, English, History), coordinated diploma-level training for the CRC Churches International movement from 2010 to 2014, and was head of the Casey Pastors’ Network from 2012 to 2018. I hold an M.A. from Tabor College in Adelaide and a Ph.D. with the University of Divinity in Melbourne.
