Days of Holiness ~ Day 36: Holy Ground

5 February 2021

4.2 MINS

We are living in unprecedented times concerning the legalised destruction of life in the womb. Moses experienced such a time of destruction of the babies, but was rescued to be raised up as the vessel God used to deliver the Israelites out of Egypt. He encountered the Lord, Who spoke to Him out of a burning bush.

God said, ‘Do not come near; put your shoes off your feet,
for the place on which you stand is holy ground.’
~ Exodus 3:5 (AMPC)

The Lord has been using these 37 Days of Holiness to bring us to the Holy Ground of His Presence — to call His people collectively, His Ekklesia, to stand on the holy ground of His plans to deliver the unborn from death by abortion.

We have, in these days, joined our prayers to the intercession of the Lord Jesus, Who ever lives to intercede for us and pray in the Spirit what the Spirit of Holiness is praying. Our requests have been heard and added to the prayer bowls in Heaven, to be poured out as deliverance for the unborn.

“And this is the confidence (the assurance, the privilege of boldness) which we have in Him: [we are sure] that if we ask anything (make any request) according to His will (in agreement with His own plan), He listens to and hears us.

And if (since) we [positively] know that He listens to us in whatever we ask, we also know [with settled and absolute knowledge] that we have [granted us as our present possessions] the requests made of Him.”
~ 1 John 5:14-15 (AMPC)

Let us Pray:
Lord God, our Heavenly Father — in Your presence is always holy ground. We bow before You, our great I AM. In these days of darkness covering the earth, and deep darkness covering the people, You have given us the great honour and privilege of knowing Your heart and plans for the unborn — it is always that they have life in abundance and eternal life with You.

Thank You, as Your beloved sons and daughters, that You have listened to our requests and You have heard the silent cries of the unborn. Lord, we ask for more people to encounter You, and become people of courage and conviction to step into the fight to save the unborn, and see the abortion bills defeated and repealed. Thank You that You are moving swiftly on our persistent prayer to bring justice for the unborn.

Lord, You hear us as You heard the cries of the Israelites when they were in slavery, and You sent a deliverer. Lord Jesus, You came as deliverer for all humanity, and we pray that all, and even the politicians in these days, will do as James 4:7 (KJV) says:

“Submit yourselves therefore to God.
Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.”

Lord, raise up and position more godly leaders who stand for justice; establish them to lead as You did — serving with integrity. Lord, raise up Your Church, Your Ekklesia, as One in this fight, that we may see the shift in our culture from death to life for those yet to be born. Thank You for the faith You have given us. We honour and magnify Your Holy Name, Lord Jesus, Yeshua, Amen.

Abundant grace to you as we continue in prayer and fasting according to Mark 9:29 ~

He answered them, “This type of powerful spirit can only be cast out by fasting and prayer.”

Prayer Points:

  • Praise God for the overwhelming number of people that emailed, phoned or texted 5AA Radio in Adelaide, and for the compère Andrew Reimer allowing freedom of speech to all who sent messages, phone calls and emails, and for taking all the responses they received to the politicians.
  • Thank God that miraculously, the debates on the Bill are delayed until after the Walk for Life now! In the meantime, for truth to be revealed and the righteous politicians to be fortified and fully supported.
  • We get SA Health approval passed ASAP!!! NO MORE DELAY!
  • They approve turning the escalators on for the Walk for Life that were allowed for the cricket — why not the Walk — favour on us!
  • The weather for the Walk: the temperature looks wonderful, but we are asking the Lord for favour over the wind or threats of rain. That there be no wind!
  • Premier Steven Marshall recognises this will ruin him; may he shut down Attorney-General Vickie Chapman and not support this Bill. Whatever his motivation, we ask the Lord to use him to save babies.

2 CRITICAL ACTIONS WE IN SA CAN TAKE TO STOP THIS EVIL:

  1. Use this two-week window wisely and contact local MPs. Click here for more tips on speaking to your local MP, and to look up your member and electorate.
  2. WALK FOR LIFE Pennington Gardens, North Adelaide Saturday February 6th, Gates open 9.30 a.m. — 12 noon. Arrive early to check in (SA Health requirement).
If you are coming on the walk, tell a few other believers and bring friends who may not have heard about it — last year we had countless people disappointed they simply had not heard about it until afterwards!

To send the intended influential message to our politicians
that South Australians DO NOT want legalised abortion up to birth,
we need thousands of people on the WALK for LIFE!

It will take each of us to SPREAD THE WORD through all our networks!

Go to our website & our Facebook page Love Adelaide — make sure you ‘like’ the page and share the event.
