Roe v Wade Has Fallen!
After years of prayer and political pressure, the infamous Roe v Wade legislation has been overturned in the United States. This is an incredible moment in the history of the West, and signals a turning in the cultural tide. Just as with the falling of the Berlin Wall, there is hope that evil regimes with their murderous laws need not dominate.
Not did Norma McCorvey — the woman who was the plaintiff in Roe v Wade — lie about being raped but, as it turns out, the legislation arising from it was itself unconstitutional. According to The Weekend Australian:
Justice Samuel Alito, who penned the majority decision, said the 1973 decision, which provided for a constitutional right to an abortion up to the third trimester was “egregiously wrong,” the arguments “exceptionally weak” and amounted to “an abuse of judicial authority.”
Democrats Respond
On cue, Democratic politicians throughout America have expressed their outrage at a woman not being able to have the right to terminate their pregnancies. The faux Catholic President, Joe Biden, declared that the verdict was a ‘tragic error’ and that he would do all that he could to enshrine legislation while still in power.
Biden is blaming the ‘tragic error’ of the landmark decision on the ‘extremist ideology’ of the Supreme Court, and in particular former US President, Donald Trump. As Biden explained in his statement to the media:
It was three justices named by one president, Donald Trump, who are the core of today’s decision to upend the scales of justice…
Make no mistake, this decision is a culmination of a deliberate effort, over decades, to upset balance of our law.
It’s a realisation of an extreme ideology and tragic error of the Supreme Court in my view…
The Court’s decision to do so will have real and immediate consequences. State laws banning abortion are automatically taking effect today.
…it just stuns me. [This law] is so extreme that a doctor will be criminalised for fulfilling his duty to care… It’s a sad day for the country in my view.
Biden went on to state:
But it doesn’t mean that the fight’s over. Let me be very clear and unambiguous. The only way we can secure a woman’s right to choose — and the balance that existed — is for Congress to restore the protections of Roe vs. Wade as federal law. No executive action from the President can do that.
And if Congress, as it appears, lacks the votes to do that now, voters need to make their voices heard. This Fall you must elect more senators and representatives who will codify into law a woman’s right to choose into Federal law…
This Fall Roe is on the ballot. Personal freedoms are on the ballot. The right to privacy, liberty and equality. They’re all on the ballot.
Until then I will do all in my power to protect a women’s right in states who will face the consequences of today’s decision.
Biden then concluded by ominously saying:
With this decision, the Supreme Court shows how extreme it is. How far removed they are from the majority of the people in this country. They’ve made the United States an outlier amongst developed nations in the world.
But this decision must not be the final word. My administration will use all of its appropriate lawful powers. But Congress must act.
And with your vote, you can act. You can have the final word. This. Is. Not. Over.
Similarly, Hillary Clinton immediately tweeted:

I think what Mrs Clinton actually meant to write was, “Most Americans believe the decision to kill a child is one of the most sacred decisions there is, and that such decisions should remain between patients and their doctors.” Because seeking the assistance of a doctor to ‘have’ a child is a completely different goal. Not only that, but Clinton’s assertion that this is what ‘most Americans’ want is also highly suspect.
If this law can be overturned in America, then there is hope for us here in Australia. Indeed, politicians in Australia — such as Gladys Berejiklian — who voted in favour of some of the most liberal abortion laws in the world may very soon find themselves on the wrong side of history.
Roe v Wade has fallen. And I pray to God that similar legislation is overturned quickly here as well.

Praise God! This is such good news!
This is a momentous moment and a great day in history. My wife and I had waited for this day for many decades! We are awestruck by the mercy of God. “To God be the Glory – great things he has done!”
I think it’s revealing that the decision was made solely on constitutional grounds, yet Biden, in a typical example of Left-wing histrionics, labels it “a realisation of an extreme ideology and tragic error of the Supreme Court” when the decision is totally devoid of any ideological consideration, or even of the acceptability or otherwise of abortion as a practice.
Thank you, Mr Beazley, for such a succinct and clear statement of facts. What a shame Left-wingers are not so clear thinking.
Trust Hillary C to say that having a “child is a decision which should remain between doctors n their patients ” in effect making pregnancy a medical issue…………. which it is not.
If having (aborting) a child is “sacred” as hillary claims then her god is satan. (Sacred means dedicated to a deity).
Is she saying that children belong to satan and should be sacrificed according to his will?
