With the Western Australian government rolling back vaccination requirements for several industries from 10 June 2022, a fresh wave of court cases were expected to mount, investigating the state’s handling of the coronavirus pandemic.

As WA was plunged under the draconian policies of the state government, citizens began to question what forces were driving some of these health mandates, particularly the incessant vaccination requirements.

A considerable amount of evidence now acknowledges that the World Health Organisation (WHO) was involved in developing the pandemic through negligence and even suppressing alternative treatments such as Ivermectin, which strong research indicates can significantly prevent coronavirus mortality.

Questions have thus arisen as to why the state of WA has been an avid proponent of the WHO, which developed a ‘pandemic treaty’ that sought to confer greater power onto international entities. The federal government was critical of the WHO; however, state governments embodied this entity’s health guidelines, despite the fact the WHO’s protocols are not legally binding within Australia’s jurisdiction.

Intertwined Internationally

A deeper investigation into WA’s ties with the Chinese Communist Party explains why the state has spearheaded the policies of this health entity that does not recognise Taiwan as an independent nation. Not only is the WHO an international partner of the Wuhan Institute of Virology, but entities such as Bill Gates are directly aiding the Chinese Communist Party.

According to research published by the attorney Robert F Kennedy Junior, the WHO is controlled by Bill Gates, who struck a partnership with Anthony Fauci to develop the Decades of Vaccines program.

Fauci’s blatant ties to the gain-of-function research, which many speculate was the origin of the coronavirus pandemic itself, have therefore been under scrutiny, and Gates’ organisations, including CEPI, which was jointly set up with the aid of the World Economic Forum, have been linked to the Chinese Communist Party.

Communist Control

So what was the state of Western Australia doing, by acquiescing to the health advice of entities tied to the Chinese Communist Party? Why have members of the WA parliament been so chummy with the CCP?

The explanation to these questions defies logic, and places a corrupted stain on what should be a democratic, sovereign and morally upright mode of governance. Perhaps it is ‘naivete’ causing WA to vote in ‘progressive or centralist ideologies’ which are tainted with the undertones of the Chinese social credit system.

CCP wage insidious economic warfare on other nations, so their tactics are covert, and they rely on state infiltration or local infiltration within smaller jurisdictions. This is evidenced in books such as Stealth War by Brigadier General Robert Spalding and Silent Invasion by Clive Hamilton.

Through manipulation of data and the planting of agents in important departments, the CCP keeps tabs on Australia and seeks to influence it in ways that benefit the CCP, not the interests of Australia.

CCP’s infiltration of the WA state government is therefore more than a political matter up for debate; rather, it is a state of urgency which must be investigated by the federal government as a matter of national security.

Grave Cause for Concern

Over the last few years, it can be noted that the governments heavily infiltrated by China, and who have bought into the policies of the WHO, are the ones pushing the most draconian coronavirus policies. Is this merely coincidental? Or does it indicate heavy infiltration? According to The Sydney Morning Herald,

‘the WA government appointed two pro-Beijing community leaders to a new paid advisory council before Premier Mark McGowan escalated his criticism of the Morrison government’s handling of the China relationship.’

The WA government has also praised China repetitively on the grounds that the Chinese-Australia trade relationship is a priority, while concomitantly failing to expose the fact the pandemic was handled poorly by China. Trusting pro-Chinese entities such as the WHO has proven to be a mistake, as the WHO’s mandate directives have not stopped a pandemic, but rather drawn out the life of the pandemic and ruined the economy in a devastating way.

The WA state government’s suggestion that China is on our side, is simply not observable on the facts. China instigated a worldwide pandemic, sought to cover it up, and then bought up the medical supplies of other nations as the pandemic got out of hand.

Furthermore, members of the WA state parliament attend ‘CEDA’ events, which are pro-CCP events, often featuring Chinese consulate generals on panels that promulgate pro-CCP rhetoric, such as promoting the Belt and Road initiative and the prospect of stronger, promising trade relations.

A study from The Lancet indicated that mandatory vaccination was not a viable policy response at all. In fact, highly qualified doctors such as Dr Paul Alexander indicate that the vaccinations increase your risk of suffering from coronavirus. This conclusion warrants an urgent reassessment of the WA government’s handling of the pandemic, and its policy responses that appear to do nothing other than the bidding of the Chinese Communist Party.

Long Association

The WA government has long been known for its blatant ties to the CCP, which is evidenced even in photographs with captions such as this: ‘The short story underneath celebrates the establishment days earlier of the ACLPA’s WA branch at a gathering of “nearly 100 Chinese community leaders and Labor Party MPs”.’ In the centre of the accompanying photograph is the (then) opposition leader, now Premier, Mark McGowan.

China rarely fight ‘gun’ wars with other nations if they can avoid it; rather, they fight economic grey-zone war and psychological warfare, and these tactics are outlined in Unrestricted Warfare, written by figures from the People’s Republic of China. China is prepared to wage biological warfare on humanity.

In 2017, the state government also extended the sister-state relationship between Western Australia and the province of Zhejiang. This is a concerning development, especially as the government indicates the relationship between WA and Zhejiang has grown far beyond the resources sector, and may seep into areas of technology, e-commerce and small business. The premier also wanted to double the influx of Chinese students to engage in Australian universities.

Whose Interests?

Dong Zhihua, Chinese consulate of WA, has stated the following in which her naïve obsequiousness to the WHO is evident:

‘We are confident and capable to win this battle. With the strong leadership of the Chinese Communist Party, the enormous strength of socialism with Chinese characteristics as well as the strong support from the international community, the Chinese people fighting with one heart and mind, we will overcome any difficulty lying ahead and ultimately curb the spread of the virus.

I published an article in The West Australian yesterday, in which I quoted the World Health Organization (WHO) Director General, Dr Tedros Adhanom, “This is the time for facts, not fear; This is the time for science, not rumours; This is the time for solidarity, not stigma.”

The state government also made the following statements:

‘The relationship between China and Western Australia is one that all Western Australians understand, appreciate and respect. Since taking on the portfolios of state development, jobs and trade after the recent election, I have been keen to further this critically important relationship, as I have, and will continue to do, with many of our Asian neighbours…

Although we acknowledge this relationship has been under some strain at a national level, Western Australia is working hard to ensure that the bond between WA and China is not only maintained but also strengthened.’

‘Having left China only three weeks ago, I have felt quite a personal connection and reiterate that my commitment to strengthening and building on the existing education relationship between Western Australia and China remains strong.’

The government’s argument for why they vehemently support China is always because it ‘strengthens trade relationships’. Maintaining diplomatic trade relations is one thing, but it is imperative to understand that many members of government are bent on strengthening and growing the Chinese economy, not just ‘maintaining a diplomatic relationship’. This can be evidenced by the premier’s own sentiments:

‘I rise to make a brief statement on my mission to China in July and August 2019. The mission had three objectives: first, to help potential investors navigate Western Australia’s approvals regimes; second, to facilitate direct discussions between Chinese investors and Western Australian business representatives in need of funding; and, third, to maintain and strengthen the relationship between the Western Australian and Chinese governments…

I believe, however, that strengthening Western Australia’s economic ties to China and facilitating open dialogue between Chinese investors and the WA business and education community will deliver significant benefits to the state.’

Despite the pandemic, which evidence indicates was instigated by the CCP and worsened by their lack of collaboration during its early stages, WA state government members seek to strengthen ties with the CCP while simultaneously refusing to discuss any of the CCP’s shortcomings in relation to human rights abuses, or pandemic mishandling.

Long Dingbin, also a huge proponent of the WHO, states;

‘There is no need for any panic from foreign friends in China. As Director-General WHO Dr. Tedros put it: This is the time for facts, not fear. This is the time for science, not rumours. This is the time for solidarity, not stigma.

China will continue to enhance cooperation with the international community in an open, transparent, and highly responsible manner to safeguard the life and health of Chinese people and foreign nationals in China.’

The above sentiments demonstrate that the WA government has been naively pandering to the direction of the WHO in its handling of the coronavirus pandemic. Interestingly, the WHO’s recent pandemic treaty amendments were rejected overwhelmingly by the majority of nations present, except for Australia and a few other nations.

Heeding CCP health directions for a pandemic CCP instigated, it is most likely an act of grey-zone economic war. The vaccine passports and mandates, lockdown restrictions and mask-wearing, that have had little to no effect on preventing an outbreak and are not recommended by various and new scientific findings, did nothing other than ravage our economy, conveniently for the CCP.

External affairs should be handled and monitored by the federal jurisdiction as per the Constitution. It is questionable how state governments have managed to engage in illogical external affairs conduct with the CCP, an entity that exists contrary to Australia’s commonwealth, economic and socio-cultural interests.
