Three Conclusions Regarding the (Non)-Policing of Pro-Palestinian Protests
Pro-Palestinian protestors in Melbourne spent the weekend chanting “All Zionists are Terrorists” under the watchful eye of Victoria Police.
Everyone ignored the chant.
Can you imagine a mob marching through the CBD chanting that all Muslims are terrorists?
The media — especially the ABC and The Guardian — would be apoplectic!
Police would be breaking up the crowd.
The condemnation from the Greens would be swift.
But when Jews are targeted, well, it’s play on…
Cowardice
I know people will argue that the protestors were targeting “Zionists” rather than Jews. But does anyone really believe the protestors were making the distinction?
There seem to be three things happening in our nation at the moment:
First, police, the media and our MPs are terrified of the pro-Palestinian protesters.
It is why they prefer to move on a sole Jew peacefully waving an Israeli flag than arrest Pro-Palestinians spitting hate.
Second, there is clearly the bigotry of low expectations at work.
Police, along with our political leaders, seem to expect that the pro-Palestinian protesters will be anti-Semitic. They all just shrug.
Third, the media steadfastly ignore the hateful chants being shouted in our streets every weekend, but then act all shocked when someone spray-paints those same chants on a synagogue wall.

Another controversy has erupted in Victorian women’s football, as female players raise concerns about fairness, safety and biological differences in women’s sport.

Australian is, as someone said : “Sleep-walking ” into becoming an Islamic State ruled by Sharia Law + getting Sharia courts (UK has 85 ). Koran allows 4 wives at any one time + easy divorce—with secret marriage at under-age multiplied by fertile years for one female–with our birth rate less than replacement + abortions—- it won’t be long before Australia becomes an Islamic country.
Politicians+ police are scared of opposing these Hate Marches. The Media is probably bribed ? I am an Eastern European whose families in 2 countries fled an awful life under Islamic Rule. I do not “have my head in the sand “like Australians. Our small, local Supermarket is now owned by a Muslim who charges very high prices.Custom has dropped since he took over.
