Christians Prepare to Flood Sydney Streets with Praise and Proclamation at ‘Pentecost 25 Sydney Arise’
Christians are coming together for a citywide day of worship and mission in Sydney. Be part of Pentecost 25 Sydney Arise — an extraordinary time of prayer, power, and unity.
Two millennia ago, a small band of 120 believers were filled with the Holy Spirit, and their lives ignited a global movement that continues to this day. Now, envision the transformative power that could be unleashed if millions more answered the call of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Pentecost 25 Sydney Arise is a powerful initiative born from Easter to Pentecost, a worldwide coalition of ministries with a singular focus: to inspire every believer to fervent prayer and bold evangelism in the pivotal season between Easter and Pentecost.
This year, our hearts are set on witnessing a profound awakening in Sydney — a city rising in love and united purpose as the church converges in heartfelt prayer for our nation.
Inspired by the powerful words of Isaiah 60:1 — “Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord rises upon you” — Pentecost 25 Sydney Arise is more than just an event; it’s a declaration of faith and a collective act of seeking God’s face for our city and beyond.
What to Expect at Pentecost 25 Sydney Arise
Mark your calendars for Saturday, May 17th, from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, as Dawson Mall in Mt Druitt transforms into a vibrant beacon of hope. Believers from every corner of Sydney will converge for a dynamic day brimming with:
- Spirit-Filled Worship: Experience the richness and diversity of Sydney’s Christian community as various worship teams, representing different nationalities, lead powerful one-hour sets.
- United Prayer: Join in focused prayer for the city of Sydney and the entire nation, lifting our voices together in unity and supplication.
- Inspiring Proclamation: Hear timely and impactful messages from evangelists, followed by opportunities for personal prayer ministry.
- A Continuous Flow: The day will seamlessly weave together worship, prayer, and the sharing of God’s Word, creating an atmosphere of fervent devotion and expectation.
Pentecost 25 is not just an event; it’s a movement. It’s about seeing Sydney arise in unity and love, mirroring the life-altering power of the Holy Spirit that was poured out on the first Pentecost.
We believe that God is calling Sydney to a new season of unity and revival. Pentecost 25 Sydney Arise is a moment for us to come together, unite in prayer and evangelism, and passionately seek God for the outpouring of His Spirit.
Don’t miss this pivotal moment to be part of something significant. Come and be a part of Pentecost 25 Sydney Arise as we collectively pray, worship, and declare God’s glory over our city. Let’s see Sydney arise and shine, together!
