Albanese’s Stealth Socialist Agenda: How Hidden Communism Could Be Shaping Australia’s Politics
Is Prime Minister Anthony Albanese a stealth socialist? Trevor Loudon’s explosive new book suggests that Communism might have a hidden influence within Australia’s highest offices.
If you haven’t noticed, Australia is facing one of its most pivotal elections — one that may well shape the future of the nation for decades to come.
In light of the importance of the decision Australians are set to make on May 3rd, just a short week away, I believe it’s important to raise some issues that have only recently come to light.
Consequently, we’re going to take a look at a book, and the explosive allegations raised by its author, Trevor Loudon. I truly believe it would be remiss of us not to report on this and bring it to light, so that you might do your own research, look at the articles mentioned, listen to an interview, and make up your own mind. As a Christian, I believe we need to be wise and understand the gravity of the times Australia is facing.
Inside Australia’s Silent Socialist Shift
The foreword to Trevor Loudon’s book poses the following questions:
What if Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese is a stealth socialist — not just a progressive, or a Social Democrat, but a committed, disciplined ally of the communist movement?
What if many of Albanese’s cabinet and inner circle of advisers share his undeclared political sympathies?
What if this movement — which most Australians believe died more than 30 years ago — has rebranded, recruited, and regained influence at the highest levels of Australian politics?
What if Anthony Albanese and his comrades are working with like-minded union leaders, environmentalists, peace activists, Aboriginal rights campaigners, and other social and political movements to move Australia steadily and irreversibly to the far left?
What if Albo, as he is popularly known, and his allies are willing to engage in long-term and consistent strategic deception to achieve their goals? There is considerable evidence to indicate that this is indeed the case.
In January 2016, Australian Labor Party Member of Parliament Anthony Albanese announced he would seek re-election in his inner Sydney seat of Grayndler.
Albanese made headlines when he publicly attacked his Australian Greens challenger, Jim Casey, a former secretary of the NSW Fire Brigade and Employees Union.
Albanese aggressively pointed out that Casey was once a leading member of the Trotskyist Communist group known as the International Socialist Organisation. Albanese complained:
“The Greens political party candidate who has been chosen for this electorate has spent more time in the International Socialist Organisation than he has in the Greens political party, and if he was fair dinkum, he’d run as an International Socialist and see how many votes he got there… It’s unfortunate that the Greens have been captured in this area and in NSW by people who have a history in the Socialist Party of Australia, the International Socialists, or the Socialist Working Party, and want to use the Green banner to advance an agenda that’s about anything but the environment.”
Of course, to someone from the Communist Party of Australia tradition like Albanese, Trotskyists are simply annoying, undisciplined posers — an embarrassment to real communists. Beneath his criticism of a Trotskyist competitor is not evidence of an anti-communist mindset, but rather a more mainstream communist outlook.
In this book, I attempt to prove, beyond reasonable doubt, that Anthony Albanese has done more to advance the communist agenda than any other living Australian politician.
This foreword certainly gives us some idea of the explosive allegations contained in Loudon’s work. Make no mistake, Trevor Loudon does not hold back. You can read the whole foreword and obtain a preview of the book here.
SEARCH and the Secret Socialist Network
Loudon goes on to explain that his book is focused almost exclusively on the original Communist Party of Australia (CPA) and the Sydney-based but nationally active SEARCH Foundation, involving members, ex-communists, and new socialist recruits, operating through trade unions and social movements.
SEARCH is the acronym for Social Education, Action and Research Concerning Humanity Foundation, and Loudon suggests that this foundation carries on the CPA’s program, seeded with more than $3,000,000 of communist money. These recruits have managed to infiltrate, at the highest of levels, both the Australian Greens and the ALP. More importantly, Loudon tells us, the SEARCH Foundation has managed to deeply influence the political agenda of both parties.
He continues by saying:
This is why, 35 years after the retreat of Eastern Bloc communism, a few hundred Australian communists — posing as “democratic socialists” — can still pose a major threat to Australian national security.
It is not just that many communists spy for foreign powers (they do), or that they instigate violence and street riots (they do), or that they covertly work with politicians, union leaders and even religious leaders (they do).
The real secret of modern communism is this: “Tiny communist groupings, by infiltrating and controlling mass organisations, particularly trade unions, can indirectly influence and control the policies of mainstream political parties.”
Albanese and the Long March Back
The process of infiltration has been outlined to Loudon through interviews with former communists in New Zealand and the United States.
He details that the communists set their objectives, either independently or in collaboration with foreign allies — such as establishing a nuclear-free New Zealand, introducing Obamacare, promoting open borders, or achieving official recognition of Cuba in the United States. In Australia, examples include reaching net zero carbon emissions, adopting the Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons, or implementing an Aboriginal Voice to Parliament.
They then develop policies and launch propaganda campaigns through social media, sympathetic journalists, and their allies in peace, environmental, and even some religious movements. In Australia, unions and social movements are then leveraged to turn these communist programs into official policies of the Australian Greens or the ALP.
Loudon goes on to detail that their strategy is to popularise and celebrate these communist policies through the unions, the Australian Greens, and the ALP, ensuring that the voting public remains unaware of their true origins or intentions.
By operating under the banner of Democratic Socialism, the small SEARCH Foundation has exerted more influence over Australian government policy than the old Communist Party of Australia (CPA) ever managed, even at the height of its power.
Prime Minister Albanese is not only a lifelong ally of the CPA/SEARCH Foundation networks, but many of his policies also align closely with their objectives. (Tom Uren, described by Loudon as a staunch communist, personally selected Anthony Albanese for leadership development.)
The collapse of communism in the 1990s dealt a heavy blow to many Western communist parties and their allied organisations, but most managed to survive — and today, they are once again growing strongly.
In fact, the collapse ultimately benefited many of these movements. Western security agencies like the Australian Security Intelligence Organisation (ASIO) largely shifted their focus away from communism, concentrating instead on Islamic terrorism, international organised crime, and drug trafficking.
Meanwhile, Australia’s communists regrouped, rebranded themselves as democratic socialists, and quietly resumed infiltrating the Labor Party, the Australian Greens, the unions, and broader social movements. In the early 1980s, it’s probable that a handful of young Australian intelligence officers were assigned to monitor the highly active Sydney University student radical, Anthony Albanese.
Marx’s Long Shadow Over Canberra
In a recent interview, Loudon claims that Foreign Minister Penny Wong has also been, or is, a SEARCH Foundation member — not difficult to believe, considering Wong and Albo appear very much aligned.
Perhaps take an in-depth read of the book yourself. Here’s the link.
On the other hand, you may think that this article is over the top — impossible that an Australian Prime Minister, his top cabinet, trade unionist leaders, and key movers and shakers could possibly be involved in something as blatantly communist as the SEARCH Foundation.
I’m sure that many of those listed in the book would not like their names spoken in public. Even if you look at the SEARCH Foundation Wikipedia entry, the truth is in plain sight. According to Wikipedia:
The SEARCH Foundation is a left-wing, membership-based Australian not-for-profit organisation, with a number of high-profile members linked to the left of the Australian labour movement. SEARCH is an acronym for “Social Education, Action and Research Concerning Humanity”.
The SEARCH Foundation advocates for a democratic socialist and ecologically socialist Australia, while working towards achieving greater democracy, economic and social equality, environmental sustainability, human rights, and international peace and cooperation.
SEARCH was established in 1990 as a successor organisation of the Communist Party of Australia, with the object of promoting “greater understanding in the community of the main factors affecting social life, influencing social development and advancing social wellbeing.”
(In my humble opinion, the claims about SEARCH advancing social wellbeing are entirely untrue. The communist movement has been responsible for more deaths worldwide than we can imagine. Karl Marx was a deranged and destructive figure, and his successors continued the tradition of tyrannical rule and mass murder — Lenin, Stalin, Mao, Pol Pot, and the list goes on. That’s one tradition we can do without in our country).
Why Your Vote Matters More Than Ever
Notable members include Sally McManus (Australian Council of Trade Unions Secretary), Jack Mundey (trade unionist and environmental activist), Lee Rhiannon (former NSW Greens Senator), and Eric Aarons (author, sculptor and former leader of the Communist Party of Australia).
They’re just the ones who are listed — those they perhaps think won’t make much difference in people’s thinking. It’s the ones hidden away from public sight that we need to be concerned about. It’s no surprise that Sally McManus is listed; we kind of expect that.
Mr Albanese tells us that he won’t do any deals with the Greens, but the truth is, he will. Peter Dutton called him out the other night in the final debate before the election. Dutton called out the PM’s blatant lies, and just like we would expect from the Prime Minister, he reacted like a sook. He criticised the personal attacks — what a joke!
My dear old mum used to have a saying about someone who lied a lot: ‘He’s a stranger to the truth.’ Sums it up.
You see, it doesn’t seem to matter what western country we examine — the radical left is running roughshod and rampant across the world, and will do or say anything to stay in power. They will stop at nothing to maintain and further their agenda. To them, truth means nothing, and power means everything.
If you love your country, as hopefully we all do, and you consider yourself to be a Christian, please vote wisely and prayerfully — like our lives depend upon it, and those of our family. Because they do.
As you vote, consider using the Australian Christian Values Checklist to guide your decisions.

Albanese certainly is a communist. Having worked in the mining industry I know of many die hard labour supporters who will not vote for him.
A leopard cannot change his spots. Neither will Albanese change his communist Uni ideology. Man, this is the most crucial election. Such lies and deceit from Labor and the Greens. What do we expect from the Communist party anyhow? They have only one ambition, to rule and subjugate others, like all other men who set themselves apart from God. I believe that’s what the Bible calls the spirit of anti-Christ.
Absolutely agree 👍
