Kirralie Smith in Court Again for Telling the Truth
Last week, courageous Australian woman Kirralie Smith was back in court simply for stating a biological fact: a man is not a woman.
The Binary spokeswoman’s ongoing legal battles – including an appeal over an Apprehended Violence Order and an ongoing vilification case – are the direct result of telling the truth about sex and standing up for the rights of women, children and parents.
Family First stands shoulder to shoulder with Kirralie. We thank her for her courage and conviction in the face of extreme legal and cultural intimidation. She is not only standing for herself – she is standing for all of us.

This is not an isolated case.
I am also being dragged through the courts by two LGBTIQA+ drag queens, simply for opposing their indoctrination of children into gender fluid ideology and radical LGBTIQA+ sexual expressionism at a public library event.
My case, like Kirralie’s, is a litmus test for whether free speech still exists in Australia.
Save the date:
Friday 25th July I am due to receive both vilification judgements for identifying males in female sport.
Downing Centre Sydney from approximately 9:30am

Tide Will Turn, But When?
These injustices expose the cowardice of the major parties. Neither Liberal nor Labor politicians have lifted a finger to defend those who are being dragged through the courts for standing for the truth about gender.
That’s why Family First is working hard to get courageous people into parliament who will fight for truth and freedom.
The tide is turning overseas – the UK’s Cass Review has exposed the harms of puberty blockers being prescribed to gender confused children, and sporting bodies are finally recognising that women’s sport must be for women.
But here in Australia, truth-tellers like Kirralie are punished, not praised.
This must change. No one should be silenced or hauled before a court for defending biological reality.
Family First will never stop defending freedom of speech and standing with brave Australians like Kirralie. Enough is enough.
Please help Kirralie’s fight for free speech because they are coming for your and your family’s free speech next.

I was reading this this morning Kirralie, and thought of you:
“The Lord will make your innocence radiate like the dawn,
and the justice of your cause will shine like the noonday sun”
Psalm 37:6 NLT
I am praying that the Lord Jesus will be standing right beside you in court. God bless you for fighting on our behalf.
