About three years ago, in 2022, I was visiting the Tasmanian Museum and Art Gallery in Hobart, Tasmania, Australia, in the upstairs selection of colonial artwork.

While I was looking at a landscape painting of Port Arthur created in 1842 by an unknown artist, the most amazing thing happened.

The Holy Spirit supernaturally interwove a scene from ancient Egypt with pyramids around the time of Moses over the scene of the Port Arthur penal colony, notoriously dubbed “Hell on Earth”.

Then God spoke to me there and said,

“I’m doing the same thing with you (Tasmania/Australia), delivering you and leading you into a promised land.”

God continued and said, “Port Arthur is the door into the promised land.”

Then the Holy Spirit gave revelation about the nature of this deliverance and leading into a promised land.

The first thing that the Holy Spirit revealed was that Port Arthur in Tasmania represented some of the most concentrated forms of oppression in Australia’s past, which needed to be dealt with by Jesus to change the trajectory of the nation’s future.

God then revealed that the preservation and pride of this oppressive past involving the penal systems and convicts through tourism and its commercialisation was helping to keep the oppression alive over the land.

The Holy Spirit revealed that as long as we keep our eyes on the rear-view mirror regarding our past in bondage in a place so oppressive it was called “Hell on Earth”, how will we ever come to know the place and identity that Jesus has prepared for us in the future that God has called “The Promised Land”?

Diametrically Opposed

Later in 2022, in the most amazing circumstances that constitute an entire story in itself, the Holy Spirit revealed that the fulfilment of Isaiah 14, which outlines God’s international plan to deal with oppression, documented how He intended to deliver Tasmania/Australia and lead us into a promised land.

God revealed that Port Arthur is a place of deliverance because it represents the spiritual polarity between the kingdom of God/Zion and the Devil’s Kingdom/Babylon.

In the Bible, Jesus chose the most powerful place of the enemies’ kingdom in Caesarea Philippi to give Peter the keys to the kingdom of Heaven and promised him (and us) that the gates of Hell would not prevail against His assembly.

If you get a chance to read Isaiah 14 now, it will really help you to understand how and why God instructed this scripture to be applied to Port Arthur in prayer.

The Holy Spirit revealed through Isaiah 14 that the common enemy of the convicts taken into exile and the first nations people dispossessed by the British was Lucifer. He was the one responsible for overseeing the oppression, just like Pharaoh was the oppressor in Exodus, from whom the Lord used Moses to deliver His people.

Isaiah 14 represents another cycle of deliverance from oppression that is primarily spiritual, not just for Israel but for ALL THE NATIONS.

In 2022, we were led by the Holy Spirit to Port Arthur with a paper copy of Isaiah 14 to bury in a pit we needed to dig (just like Lucifer is cast into the pit in the scripture):

¹¹ Your pomp is brought down to Sheol,
with the sound of your stringed instruments.
Maggots are spread out under you, and worms cover you.
¹² How you have fallen from heaven, shining one, son of the dawn!
How you are cut down to the ground, who laid the nations low!
¹³ You said in your heart, “I will ascend into heaven!
I will exalt my throne above the stars of God!
I will sit on the mountain of assembly, in the far north!
¹⁴ I will ascend above the heights of the clouds!
I will make myself like the Most High!”
¹⁵ Yet you shall be brought down to Sheol,
to the depths of the pit.

The Holy Spirit led us to dig the pit at Port Arthur next to the most beautiful tree with a beautiful stone placed next to it, which fascinated me (remember the stone).

This took place not far from the main entrance. Once the scripture was buried, we declared Isaiah 14 fulfilled through Jesus and the Holy Spirit in prayer.

God purposefully chose Port Arthur as symbolic of bringing things full circle. The place where Lucifer caused so much suffering has now become the place where He will suffer. This is how God turns everything upside down through the fulfilment of Isaiah 14:2:

“They will take as captives those whose captives they were, and they shall rule over their oppressors.”

Note: Isaiah 14:2 has been fulfilled through the changeover from the Biden administration to the Trump administration in the United States.

Judgement and Deliverance

Over the next two years, from Tasmania we were led around the nations, including the United Kingdom, Spain, Denmark, Portugal, the USA, Greece, Vatican City (and many more), including the royal pantheons (burial places) to execute God’s judgement according to Isaiah 14. We did this in prayer through Jesus and the Holy Spirit against all monarchs and leaders who had partnered with Lucifer, to deliver the nations from these evil spiritual legacies according to verses 22 and 23:

²² “I will rise up against them,” says Yahweh of Armies,
“and cut off from Babylon name and remnant, and son and son’s son,” says Yahweh.
²³ “I will also make it a possession for the porcupine, and pools of water.
I will sweep it with the broom of destruction,” says Yahweh of Armies.

In most countries we visited, we purchased a key ring, symbolic of the victory that had taken place through Jesus. Later on, upon returning to Tasmania, these key rings were placed in the pit at Port Arthur aligned with the fulfilled word of Isaiah 14. This was also a prophetic act consistent with Isaiah 25:

²¹ It will happen in that day that Yahweh will punish the army of the high ones on high,
and the kings of the earth on the earth.
²² They will be gathered together, as prisoners are gathered in the pit,
and will be shut up in the prison; and after many days they will be visited.
²³ Then the moon will be confounded, and the sun ashamed;
for Yahweh of Armies will reign on Mount Zion and in Jerusalem;
and glory will be before his elders.

In 2024, we opened The Way in Battery Point, and in November, we were introduced to First Nations leader Pastor Lloyd Hollingsworth from Lockhart River. God made it clear that this was a divine appointment.

Lloyd was part of the First Nations delegation that travelled to Jerusalem in 2023 for the King of Glory assembly to bring Australia into an exclusive covenant with the God of Israel.

The Holy Spirit instructed Lloyd and me, symbolic of one new man reconciled with God in Australia, to go to Port Arthur to fulfil Isaiah 14 by cutting off the remnant of Babylon (verses 22-23) attached to Australia through our authority in Jesus (deliverance) in November 2024.

We were instructed to lay the new foundation stone for Australia at Port Arthur, aligned with Zion through Jesus according to the word in Isaiah 28:

¹⁶ Therefore the Lord Yahweh says,
“Behold, I lay in Zion for a foundation a stone, a tried stone,
a precious cornerstone of a sure foundation.
He who believes shall not act hastily.
¹⁷ I will make justice the measuring line,
and righteousness the plumb line.
The hail will sweep away the refuge of lies,
and the waters will overflow the hiding place.
¹⁸ Your covenant with death shall be annulled,
and your agreement with Sheol shall not stand.

The Holy Spirit revealed to Lloyd that the stone which the Lord had chosen at Port Arthur to be the new foundation stone for Australia aligned with Zion, was the stone I had seen in 2022, adjacent to the pit dug for Lucifer and the copy of Isaiah 14 buried inside.

Here lies the spiritual polarity between the two kingdoms, all happening in the same place. Through the new foundation stone, we see the expansion of Zion/Kingdom of God (Isaiah 54, 61, Psalm 110, etc.), and in the pit, we see the implosion and division of Babylon/the Devil’s kingdom (Isaiah 14, Luke 11:17-18).

A New Foundation

The new foundation stone represents deliverance through Jesus from Babylon/Devil’s Kingdom working through Britain and Rome, such as Freemasonry and other corrupted foundations in the church and government. The old, corrupt foundations created wineskins incompatible with God’s blessing or hosting His presence because sin separates from God.

God required a new foundation for Australia to be laid so that new structures and wineskins compatible with our destiny as a nation can be built over the old ones.

Neither do people pour new wine into old wineskins.
If they do, the skins will burst; the wine will run out and the wineskins will be ruined.
No, they pour new wine into new wineskins, and both are preserved.
~ Matthew 9:17

The promised land begins through this new foundation stone laid for the Kingdom of God/Zion in Australia at Port Arthur through the fulfilment of Isaiah 14:1, where God brings us as a nation (as with other nations) into spiritual unity with the House of Jacob/Israel/Zion:

“For Yahweh will have compassion on Jacob,
and will yet choose Israel, and set them in their own land.
The foreigner will join himself with them,
and they will unite with the house of Jacob.”
~ Isaiah 14:1

In God’s perfect timing the day after the new foundation stone was laid, we hosted a private dinner event in November 2024 for the Israel Ambassador to Australia, Amir Maimon with three Tasmanian state MPs and other supporters of Israel at The Way, Battery Point where I lead in corporate prayer involving the spiritual unification between Australia and Israel according to Isaiah 14:1.

The next step, expanding on what took place at Port Arthur with the laying of the new foundation stone, occurred in late March 2025, involving a series of prayers developed in conjunction with the Holy Spirit. These prayers included below were agreed upon at a corporate prayer dinner at The Way led by a Christian Tasmanian State MP.

Prayer 1

In the name of Jesus Christ, we decree, declare and come into agreement through Matthew 18:19 that says:
Again, assuredly I tell you, that if two of you will agree on earth concerning anything that they will ask, it will be done for them by my Father who is in heaven.

That the God of Israel has supernaturally destroyed all evil and corrupt foundations that do not belong to Jesus Christ or His Kingdom in Tasmania, the nations of Australia and Israel, including ALL their Parliament Houses, Government Houses and Public Buildings and land,

AND supernaturally replaced all these destroyed evil and corrupt foundations with:
NEW UNCORRUPTED and ETERNAL FOUNDATIONS
MADE THROUGH JESUS CHRIST ALIGNED WITH ZION AND THE KINGDOM OF GOD,
through Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit in Tasmania, the nations of Australia and Israel, including ALL their Parliament Houses, Government Houses and Public Buildings and land (including Macquarie Point, Tasmania), through the word of God, including:

Jeremiah 51:
²⁵ “Behold, I am against you, destroying mountain,” says Yahweh,
“which destroys all the earth.
I will stretch out my hand on you,
roll you down from the rocks,
and will make you a burned mountain.
²⁶ They won’t take a cornerstone from you,
nor a stone for foundations;
but you will be desolate forever,” says Yahweh.

Isaiah 28:
¹⁶ Therefore the Lord Yahweh says,
“Behold, I lay in Zion for a foundation a stone, a tried stone,
a precious cornerstone of a sure foundation.

²² The stone which the builders rejected
has become the cornerstone.

1 Corinthians 3:
¹¹ For no one can lay any other foundation than that which has been laid, which is Jesus Christ.

Matthew 21:
⁴² Jesus said to them, “Did you never read in the Scriptures,
‘The stone which the builders rejected
was made the head of the corner.
This was from the Lord.
It is marvellous in our eyes’?
⁴⁴ He who falls on this stone will be broken to pieces,
but on whomever it will fall, it will scatter him as dust.”

Prayer 2

In the name of Jesus Christ, we decree, declare and come into agreement through Matthew 18:19 that says
Again, assuredly I tell you, that if two of you will agree on earth concerning anything that they will ask, it will be done for them by my Father who is in Heaven.

That the God of Israel has REBUILT OVER the new foundations laid for Tasmania, Australia & Israel through Jesus Christ, creating NEW WINESKINS that have been filled up with:

The God of Israel’s fulfilled will and word for Tasmania, Australia and Israel, His glory, sinless blood, revival, salvation, blessings, holiness, healing, restoration, righteousness and justice, love and fruits of the spirit, living water, resurrection power and the kingdom of God through the Holy Spirit and the word:

Isaiah 61:11
They will rebuild the old ruins.
They will raise up the former devastated places.
They will repair the ruined cities
that have been devastated for many generations.

Psalm 127
Unless Yahweh builds the house,
they who build it labour in vain.

Matthew 9:17 Neither do people put new wine into old wineskins, or else the skins would burst, and the wine be spilled, and the skins ruined. No, they put new wine into fresh wineskins, and both are preserved.

Acts 2:12-21.

Deliverance from Babylon and coming into spiritual unification with Zion/Israel, from what the Holy Spirit has revealed regarding interpretation of the scriptures is that our trajectory as a nation in Australia is tied up with Israel’s, all the way to the New Jerusalem when God makes everything new.

We have a choice to bless or curse Israel, and the consequences of our decisions are clear. No expiry date was given by God to Abram in Genesis 12:
² I will make of you a great nation.
I will bless you and make your name great. You will be a blessing.
³ I will bless those who bless you, and I will curse him who treats you with contempt.
All the families of the earth will be blessed through you.

Even people who believe in replacement theology can’t ignore that our future as Christians is aligned with Israel. Jesus will rule from Jerusalem for 1000 years in the millennial reign.

They also can’t ignore prophecies yet to be fulfilled against the enemies of Israel like Zechariah 14:12 —

This will be the plague with which Yahweh will strike all the peoples who have fought against Jerusalem: their flesh will consume away while they stand on their feet, and their eyes will consume away in their sockets, and their tongue will consume away in their mouth.

God’s promise to the nations in Isaiah 14 is that if they bless Israel and come into spiritual unity with the House of Jacob, He will cut the remnant of Babylon off them. Our past might be tied up in Britain, Greece, France, and Rome, but as Australians in spiritual unity with Israel, we are well on our journey into the promised land, aligned with Zion, into our eternal home in the New Jerusalem.

The Captain Cook Landing Site at Kurnell in Sydney like Port Arthur represents the turning point according to the Holy Spirit regarding the future spiritual destiny and alignment for the nation of Australia. It is a very significant place for prophetic intercession.
