The Bondi Beach Attack Was an Attack on Australia
I hoped this would be a simple, joyful time to wish you a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
Instead, we’re all still reeling from the evil Islamist terrorist attack in Bondi last Sunday.
My heart breaks for the families who will have an empty seat at the table on the final night of Hanukkah next week.
But I’m inspired by the bravery of Ahmed el Ahmed, and Boris and Sofia Gurman who, with no thought for their own safety, tried to stop the attack.
For Boris and Sofia, it was the ultimate sacrifice.
Our brave police officers, paramedics, and lifeguards, along with other innocent bystanders, selflessly did their duty and were courageous in the face of evil.

Jewish Australians Living in Fear
Jewish Australians, already living with guards at their schools and synagogues, now face the new year with even more fear.
All of these people will be in the prayers of my family this Christmas, and front of mind as we enter the new year.
Because while we share this sadness, I’m also angry.
From the hate-filled mob at the Sydney Opera House just two days after the October 7 attacks, to the violent evil of last Sunday, there is a clear pattern.
Warning after warning was given about the rise of antisemitism and the increasing risk of an attack on Jews on our shores.
Synagogues were firebombed, Jewish people abused in the streets, homes and cars and memorials were vandalised, leaders marched under portraits of the Iranian dictator, and slogans that were once known to be expressions of violent intent to wipe out the Jews were chanted weekly on our city streets.
For two years this has been building.
And our Labor Prime Minister has offered nothing but platitudes.
These antisemitic events have been tolerated. And every time Anthony Albanese spoke up about them, he would always qualify his comments by referring to Islamophobia or general bigotry as well.
Albanese has treated antisemitism as a routine problem — one he hoped would disappear on its own.
His failure to grasp that the crisis of antisemitism plaguing Australia is a profound threat to our values and way of life has made him incapable of implementing solutions.
Jillian Segal’s report on antisemitism has been sitting on the shelf gathering dust, and reports that state premiers had to force Albanese to talk about Segal’s recommendations are scandalous.
Avoiding the Real Issues of the Bondi Attack
And here’s the big one:
Albanese is avoiding the tough conversations on mass immigration and values-based immigration that our country desperately needs to have.
That someone lived in our country for 25 years and never assimilated and held onto their radical Islamist beliefs is a real problem.
We have to be honest and open about this fact: there really are people with values incompatible with ours.
Albanese and Labor refuse to have that conversation, but I don’t think the Australian public will give them a choice.
For the sake of Jewish Australians, and indeed all Australians, the time to course correct is now.
The time to preserve the character of Australia is now.
In the wake of the Bondi Beach terrorist attack, I offered some thoughts.
You can watch my video address on Facebook here or on X here (see above).
Or you can read the transcript of my speech here.
In the meantime, I want to wish you and your family a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
I hope you get to put your feet up for a bit.
Because 2026 is going to be a big one!
God bless you, your family and Australia.
Yours for REAL solutions,
Jacinta Nampijinpa Price

Appeal for the Bondi Terrorist Attack Victims
Celebrate Israel, in partnership with the Canberra Declaration and other supporters, have organised a relief fund appeal for the victims and families of the Sydney Bondi Beach terrorist attack.
Our giving team is called Celebrate Israel Australia on the platform and is part of a much larger appeal run on the Charidy giving website. All donations are tax-deductible and will be administrated by the Jewish United Support Fund.
The relief fund will provide direct financial support, helping families begin to rebuild their lives after this tragedy. Assistance is especially needed to cover essential commitments when the family’s primary breadwinner has been killed. Find out more about this appeal on The Daily Declaration here.
Please stand alongside the Jewish community as a visible demonstration of God’s love to them at this critical time of need. So far, far, as of writing, over $17,000 has already been donated, and we prayerfully seeking to raise $100,000.
Please share this appeal button with your church networks and friends.

Good on you Jacinta.
As far as I’m concerned Albanese and his govt are Antisemitic themselves. I have always held the view “Those who fail to condemn are”.
By this I refer to my life experiences where I have been in conversations with people and the subject matter comes up about a particular evil and they skirt about agreeing that it is an evil whilst others will openly condemn it. I have seen this with discussions on pedos, rape, theft and other acts of evil and wrongdoing. The reason they sidestep and dont condemn is because they would in the process condemn themselves, a thing they will never do. It’s a clear dead certain giveaway.
They are what they refuse to condemn. “Those who don’t condemn are”
Thankyou Senator for saying what so many of us have been thinking. The country is in trouble but I can’t blame multiculturalism or indiscriminate migration for the erosion of our values – we rejected them first, eroding whatever impetus new Australian previously had to ‘become like us’. Self loathing and shame has replaced pride and hope – no wonder extremists have found a vacant lot on which they could erect old hatreds.
Excellently put Senator Price. The Labor left and others know sure well that to get their ideology of Socialism/ communism, they must first pull down the Judeao- Christian ethos that has delivered such prosperity to this nation and other western nations.
This is a well trodden path to implement Socialism/ communism and the Australian public are ignorant of it. What is the greatest threat or aggression we’ve seen for millenia toward Israel, the Jew, the Christian and the ifidel? ISLAM! It’s never ending fanatism at any cost to rid the world of the above list, is driven by their belief that all must be subject to Mohamud and Allah. So that’s why Labor has let in the so called refugees from Muslim countries to bring social disorder and lawlessness.
Labor has allowed this right from when they let the refugee boats from the middle east, via Indonesia, bringing with it the very seeds of this lawlessness and bloodshed we saw now fully blown at Bondi.
What we need now is a reckoning and strong policy to deal with this absolute bial of behavior.
We are being sold out by Albanese, Burke, Wong etc to their youthful ideology of Socialism/communism. Why else are they sidling up to the Muslims from the Middle East, who are connected to Russia and China?
Thank you. Senator for your analysis of the serious situation we as Australians are facing. The way we treat the Jews exposes our real attitude towards our God who made them in the image of God like ourselves. “First the Saturday people, then the Sunday people ” is an Arabic saying that is well known in the Middle East. It is a warning.
Radical Islam has been weaponised by the complacency of the Australian leadership and its own agendas -and by its policies and acquiescence to the radical Muslim voters Many of we Christians who have not gotten the Gospel of Jesus Christ out to all who need it. We’ve a job to do in both defending the Jew and standing in the gap with the Gospel of Jesus Christ for all.
So true Jacinta. Thank you for your straight forward clarity and common sense.
