Greater Sydney Church Leaders to Converge for “Pentecost 26” Vision Casting: A Nationwide Call to Reach Every Australian
Christian leaders from across Greater Sydney will gather on Friday, 30th January, to launch the strategic roadmap for Pentecost 26. This visionary meeting marks the beginning of a massive, multi-denominational movement aimed at unifying the Body of Christ for a season of unprecedented prayer, worship, and evangelistic activation.
The Vision Casting meeting will be held at 10:00 AM at Servants of Jesus, 15 Park Rd, Seven Hills.
A Historic Milestone for the “Great South Land”
Pentecost 26 carries profound historical weight, coinciding with the 420th anniversary of the De Quirós declaration, which famously dedicated Australia as the “Great South Land of the Holy Spirit.” Organisers believe this anniversary serves as a prophetic catalyst for a fresh impartation of the Holy Spirit across the nation.
The Pentecost 26 Strategy
The vision seeks to elevate Pentecost Sunday to the pinnacle of the Christian calendar, transforming it into a season of “united activation.” The strategy includes:
- The 2026 Celebration: A massive gathering at the Blacktown Showgrounds on 13th June 2026.
- United Prayer: A dedicated focus from Easter to Pentecost 2026, involving regional worship and equipping.
- The 2033 Goal: Aligning with the Reach Australia 2033 Vision to equip every believer in Australia to be a witness, with the ultimate goal of reaching every person in the nation by 2033.

Pastors and ministry leaders are invited to attend the briefing to hear the full strategy, join specialised teams, and learn how their local congregations can participate in this move of God.
