ABC Platforms Left-Wing Influencer Who Hates Conservatives for An ‘Expert’ Take on Charlie Kirk

Who does the Australian public broadcaster get to present Australians with an “expert” opinion on Charlie Kirk?

Not a friend. Not a colleague. Not a pastor close to him. Not his wife.

The ABC invites Hasan Piker, a well-known left-wing influencer.

Piker goes by the handle Hasan The Hun. He knows how social media’s clickbait commodity algorithm game is played, and knows that “maintaining the rage” means money in the bank.

He also thinks political violence is justified, has no real love for President Donald Trump, conservative Christians, or Charlie Kirk.

Piker has even openly called for the public execution of conservatives.

Such as, “I’m going to kill you with my AR-15” and “Let the streets soak in their f*cking red capitalist blood”.

This Marxian Woke extremism didn’t stop our national broadcaster from platforming Piker.

Victim Mentality

With an apparent disregard for due diligence, the ABC’s 7:30 Report handed the activist its microphone, asking for his take on why a LGBTrans terrorist killed Kirk, and what he thinks will come next.

Unsurprisingly, Piker used the opportunity to turn himself and his “progressive” brand of politics into the victim.

While tragic, it wasn’t Kirk’s death that horrified him, Piker stated.

What horrifies him is (the concocted prospect) that “the Trump administration would use Kirk’s murder against political dissent.”

Spinning comments made by Trump and the Vice President, Piker then reached for the “political persecution” card, saying “my fears have been realised.”

He then leaned on the American Constitution and preached, Hey, bro, I’m like, protected by free speech and all that.

Notably, Piker ignored four years of Joe Biden’s “anyone not a Democrat is a domestic terrorist” inferences, his constant “hate speech” campaigns, and the judicial overreach used to persecute pro-lifers.

Blatant Bias

Worse, closing out the interview, Australian journalist Sarah Ferguson gave Piker a free ride.

Why didn’t she roll video of Piker screaming the Marxist equivalent of “death to the infidel!”?

Instead, Ferguson coddled questions about his own use of language and political rhetoric, dismissing their severity with a vague nod to nuance.

All this did was hand Piker an opportunity to dismiss his vitriol by smothering it in an appeal to nuance.

Answering Ferguson’s leading questions about his own language, Piker wrote off calls for the murder of conservatives as “hyperbolic”.

Unsurprisingly, Piker threw blame back onto his political opponents for the “misunderstanding”, claiming that conservatives had misconstrued his “insincerity”.

Miles Apart

Asked if he supported the praise for Kirk’s openness to debate, Piker said, No.

Kirk, Piker asserted, was a propagandist for the Trump administration.

Paise for Kirk’s willingness to debate is dishonest, he added, stating, “Kirk was the regime’s guy.”

Accusing Kirk of spreading “dangerous ideas”, Piker told the ABC that his job was to “stop the bleeding.”

This pushback, he explained, was about saving vulnerable kids from Kirk’s “strange, horrifying and dehumanising” rhetoric.

Piker said he didn’t see any point in really getting to know Kirk or trying to understand the plausibility of his worldview.

“Hanging out in a cordial manner with someone whom I opposed so vehemently because of their worldview wasn’t going to be productive.”

He also blamed Make America Great Again marketing and TikTok’s cowardice for Kirk’s impact on younger generations.

“They didn’t want Trump to ban the platform, so they gave his main guy an algorithm boost.”

Referring to Trump as a “dangerous, unstable and incompetent fascist”, Piker told the ANC that Charlie Kirk’s influence with younger generations was about the Trump effect.

No wonder Ferguson asked Piker about Australia’s social media ban.

So, no condemnation of the killer. Plenty of condemnation of Kirk.

Celebrating Death

The lack of sympathy from Piker or those behind The 7:30 Report speaks volumes.

For those celebrating Kirk’s death, Trump survived his assassin, so Kirk’s assassination appears to be the next best thing.

Put sarcastically, far-left fanatics are chalking up the wins wherever they can.

Now that Trump’s “main man” has been eliminated, I guess they see kids as being easier to indoctrinate, coerce, and control?

If so, this explains the interview’s mist-like, lingering quiet euphoria.

This explains the sadistic sentiment of solidarity with Kirk’s killer, which seeped through every torturous second of this interview.

Ferguson’s own statements point in that direction.

The ABC reporter referred to Kirk’s language as “extreme”. She then gaslights him with all of the left’s favourite fake phobias.

Claiming Kirk’s language was “offensive”, Ferguson implied that Kirk was “racist, Islamophobic, homophobic, transphobic, and xenophobic.”

That’s quite the list, and it perfectly aligns with the left-wing echo chamber’s narrative, which claims that Kirk was to blame for the bullet.

Self-Serving

Ultimately, this wasn’t an interview about Charlie Kirk.

It was the ABC’s bias, platforming a pity party for Piker, who wants people like Kirk killed, as long as it’s “justified”.

If the ABC is to be consistent with its community standards, it would pull Piker’s putrid propaganda, masquerading as an interview, then issue an apology.

The entire 7:30 Report interview smacks of revisionism, not journalism.

It suggests the ABC is participating in a wider Marxian Woke attempt at curating a revisionist narrative that turns Kirk into the killer, and the killer into Kirk.

I’m disgusted that the Australian Broadcasting Corporation would choose to publish this, without at least approaching someone like close Kirk confidant Frank Turek, to take on Hasan.

There’s no surprise that the ABC turned comments off for their Hasan interview on YouTube.

We’re seeing a lot of high-profile people on the Left engage in revisionism en masse at the moment.

From half-truths about Kirk’s comments on Coldplay, to journalists simping for the LGBTrans terrorist, the “love is love” media is deploying manipulative propaganda in an attempt to deflect accountability.

Their “gotcha” — get out of jail free card — is a curated narrative that turns Kirk’s killer into a saint, & Kirk into Satan.

Call it out.

Give no inch to falsehood.

As Spurgeon once said, a drop of sin quickly becomes a flood.

“They didn’t want Trump to ban the platform, so they gave his main guy an algorithm boost.”

My understanding is that TikTok doesn’t use algorithms like American equivalents that want to spark outrage and get people’s emotions going before presenting them with an af – it shows people exactly what they want to see.

One of the backlashes against a TikTok ban was that many conservatives thought their MAGA feed was going to disappear!

Thanks for a good write-up. We need to have a coordinated effort to hold the ABC to account because right now it seems they are serving no one well.

ABC needs answer to the Ombudsman through having a person broadly solicit views which do not represent Australia.

Question: Is this to boost and help Mr Albanese save face?

Perhaps taking to the highest court in the land for badly representing Australia is something needs be enacted.

Their views are not the views of Australians

    The amplifying and exacerbation of
    * drugs
    * alcoholism
    * homosexuality
    * Islam in a Christian Western Nation
    * Adultery
    * Character assasinating a person who stood for strong moral values
Attempting to steamroller the movement which Gives all young people HOPE , LOVE, PEACE, GRACE and a Power of God FAITH seen in a Courageous young man who will be forever known for His Courage under fire
ABC and Hasan Piker what will be your legacy other than vomit. Not a good look.

    Here is a big take:
Any Nation that runs against Israel and against land God has Given this Nation brings on that Nation who runs against Israel ,a curse.

    Nations coming under curse
    Australia, Canada, Britain and France

Effectively the question is how will this play out. As the world heads to Great Tribulation.
Do not get concerned about net zero
Be concerned whether you have accepted Blessing God has promised through Jesus Christ and has acted on that Promise

People who bring treason and violent speech as this man need detained or expelled.
