Join Thousands in Sydney’s Inaugural Walk for Life!
This Saturday, 23 September, thousands will be gathering in central Sydney for New South Wales’ ‘Walk for Life’.
Walk for Life Comes to Sydney!
Hosted by our friends at Love Sydney, but bringing together many pro-life organisations, Canberra Declaration is proud to promote this event as part of the movement to make abortion unthinkable in Australia.
It will be a peaceful, uplifting family-friendly event in Hyde Park with a special lineup of guest speakers, followed by a short walk over flat terrain. The guest speakers are not to be missed and include:
- Dr Jereth Kok
- Hon Tania Mihailuk, MLC
- Senator Ralph Babet, championing the cause of babies born alive after an abortion
- Dr Isaac Thangasamy (who will demonstrate an unborn baby’s heartbeat)
The purpose of Walk for Life is simple: to stand in the gap and be a voice for the voiceless, as we cover Sydney in prayer and love. For those who cannot come, we really cover your prayers for this inaugural event.
You will be encouraged and refreshed by the speakers and like-minded individuals who know that every life is sacred.
See more details below and join us this Saturday!
‘I’ll Speak for You’: A Powerful New Short Film
We are also excited to announce the release of the short film by Love Australia called ‘I’ll Speak for You’. It is a powerful, nine-minute film that tells the story of a wife living with the guilt and regret of an abortion.
Based on true events, ‘I’ll Speak for You’ is a film about hope after abortion. It reminds viewers that healing is available to those willing to open up and share their journey with people who can help.
Trauma, marriage difficulties and a missed calling to motherhood are among the themes covered in the film, for which viewer discretion is advised. Some scenes may be distressing or confronting for some viewers. Watch the nine-minute film below.

Thirty Muslims living in the West have made their intentions crystal clear. They've announced their plans to dominate your country, replace your values, and transform your way of life — all on camera, in their own words. They're not hiding their Islamic agenda. The question is: When will we start believing them?

Praying from Melbourne that the Lord will indeed be with every person who takes part in this event.
