YouTube Censors Peterson Interview with Tommy Robinson, Citing Community Standards

YouTube (YT) is back to burying content in the name of community standards.

The company roadblocked the reach of Jordan Peterson’s July 2024 interview with UK political prisoner Tommy Robinson in January.

Drawing attention to the “you can’t say that” censorship, Peterson’s daughter, Mikhaila, said she tried to share the video about Muslim grooming gangs, only to find the video unsharable.

YT, she explained, had “disabled sharing and commenting.”

Makhaila then criticised the “voice for everyone” platform, asking why the company had gagged her dad, and given a free ride to “rapists”.

The roadblock effectively protected rapists from scrutiny, under the false idea that Muslims needed protecting from “racism”.

All this relates to UK Labour’s March 2024 blasphemy law proposals.

Their plan would outlaw criticism of Islam as “Islamophobia” by falsely framing Islam as an ethnicity and Muslims as a race.

Journalist Miles Cheong has since uploaded a permanent post of Peterson’s July interview with Robinson on X – as has Peterson.

Gagged

Fr Calvin Robinson (no relation) said YouTube’s speech police put the same limitations on his video’s reach.

In a post replying to Peterson, Calvin wrote, “Awful big censorship.”

To which he added that YouTube had also whacked a Woke warning and restriction on his interview with Tommy.

YouTube appears to hide a clandestine deployment of cancel culture behind its “community guidelines”.

In June 2023, YouTube canned Episode 365 of another one of Jordan Peterson’s podcasts.

Presumably, the ban is due to the expositional video’s content, which claims to unveil the “evil truth” behind LGBTQ+ ideology.

That two-hour-long video is still cancelled.

When I searched for EP 365 on Peterson’s YouTube channel, I got EP 211.

EP 364 and 366 are accessible, 365 isn’t.

Outside a permanent post shared to X, EP 365 doesn’t exist.

Another example provided by Peterson occurred on 3 November 2018.

Peterson said his Penguin UK promotional short on the book, 12 Rules for Life: An Antidote to Chaos, was initially restricted by YouTube for similar reasons.

During that video, Peterson stated – not aware at the time that YT would restrict it:

“When you put restrictions on people’s speech, then you put restrictions on their ability to think.”

Cover-Up

YouTube’s same restrictions on speech, reach and the ability to think extended to Live Action in 2019.

Lila Rose, founder of the pro-life organisation, shared how YouTube had removed their content exposing Planned Parenthood’s enabling of sex traffickers.

The Google-owned video-sharing platform defended censoring the information piece.

By doing so, YouTube once again implied that exposing darkness violates their apparently just as vile dark standards.

Notably, YT cancelled the Live Action video.

This is despite the video presenting information about the outcome of an investigation into the relationship between abortion mills, and sex trafficking.

Live Action published the video in January, during Human Trafficking Awareness Month.

The cancellations are a bad look for YT.

Such moves give the impression the company’s censorship regime is covering for sex traffickers and abortionist death dealers.

Why do they appear to be okay with protecting rapists and oppressive religions from free speech “radicals”, arguing “racism”?

As I’ve argued, there’s a big distinction between inciting and informing.

Additionally, note the hypocrisy.

Although the company says it exists to give “everyone a voice”, the evidence strongly speaks to a different reality.

YouTube purging political content their preferred party doesn’t like, makes YouTube’s mission: misinformation.

Policing reach means a short leash for freedom of speech.

Satanic. You Tube’s boycott of information protects Rapists + Muslims by arguing Free Speech is ”
radical “+ “racism “. Islam is not a “race “, but, a Political Party hiding in a religion , so, how can criticism be ” Racism “? What “race “is Islam supposed to be ? Yellow, Black or White or WHAT ? The UK is now a de facto Islamic country with 85 Islamic courts.Koran is Sharia Law which preaches in favour of what are Crimes in civilised societies, eg murder of non Muslims + apostates, Polygamy (4 wives at any one time ), Rape, slavery both sexual + for work. paedophilia, lying , cheating, etc. Hope Australia does not follow UK’s example . Tommy Robinson is a Political Prisoner , held in Solitary Confinement for speaking the Truth + exposing 1000s of Sex crimes !

Rod, ‘As I’ve argued, there’s a big distinction between inciting and informing.’ This is a very important line.
The fact that we are not ‘allowed’ to debate ‘anything’ these days means that this vital distinction cannot be explored.
Btw, how can the ‘free west’ still hold Tommy Robinson in a high security prison for releasing a documentary! I take that we are no longer ‘allowed’ to criticize the state.
