Revival is Breaking Forth through Soul Winners: Day 32
Intention
To encourage and activate all believers to be soul winners in these days of revival.
Scripture
“‘Today salvation has come to this house’, Jesus told him, ‘because he too is a son of Abraham. For the Son of Man has come to seek and to save the lost.’”
– Luke 19:9–10
Reflection
This powerful Scripture reminds us that Zacchaeus and his entire household were saved on that extraordinary day. Why? “For the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost.”
Over the last seven years, under the leading of God’s Holy Spirit, God has been raising up soul winners in the ‘Australia for Jesus’ movement. These soul winners are following Jesus’ example by seeking and saving the lost in our nation.
This is a revival movement! As we hear, receive, and act upon the Word of the LORD, Jesus says the people who do so bring forth fruit for eternal life 30, 60, and even 100 times the gospel seeds that were sown (Mark 4:20).
Soul-winning is not reserved for just the ‘special’ few. The Great Commission makes it clear that every believer in Jesus is to share the good news.
We are witnessing a groundswell. ‘Ordinary Christians’ are stepping up to share the good news – and they are seeing a revival. In just seven years, around 8,200 have joined with Australia for Jesus and got down to business with God.
Through the outreach efforts of these valiant people, we estimate that about 250,000 have been approached in public and private contexts. Around 50,000 have said ‘yes’ to a partial or complete presentation of “The Way of Life”, our gospel message displayed on our soul winners’ mobile phones.
Of those, approximately 25,000 people engaged in the whole presentation, and 10,279 invited Jesus into their lives through repentance and faith.
Reports continue to come in of people being deeply moved by the Holy Spirit. Through all the outreach efforts, many thousands of Aussies are hearing – often for the first time – how they may be saved through Jesus Christ.
From Perth to Geraldton, Adelaide to Darwin and Melbourne to Cairns, Aussies are rising up and preaching Jesus.
Personally, I have never seen anything like it! Revival is breaking forth as many come to faith in response to the clear presentation of the gospel across the nation.
Many are deciding for Christ, including numerous young people. Many others have questions. The level of interest is unlike anything our soul winners have seen before.
Do you have a burning desire to help Australians come to know Jesus? We pray that you will connect with us and become an active and effective soul winner for Jesus in these urgent times.

Prayer
Dear Father,
Thank You for blessing us with a sure hope and future in Jesus Christ, the LORD.
We lift up our eyes and see the fields – they are ripe and ready for harvest (John 4:35).
Fill us with Your passion for souls. Teach us to step out in boldness and become effective soul winners for Jesus.
Pour out upon us a mighty Spirit of revival – so powerful we cannot contain it, but must reach out while there is still time.
For Your glory and the salvation of many, we pray this in the wonderful name of Jesus. Amen.
