Premier Allan Gives Her Middle Finger to Democracy

3 November 2025

2.1 MINS

On 14 October 2023, millions of Australians resoundingly rejected the Voice referendum that, if passed, would have divided our country by race.

Ahead of the vote, Australians understood that Prime Minister Albanese was committed to implementing the Uluru Statement “in full”, which includes three components.

The Uluru Statement states, “We call for the establishment of a First Nations Voice enshrined in the Constitution… We seek a Makarrata Commission to supervise a process of agreement-making between governments and First Nations and truth-telling about our history.”

The Prime Minister’s commitment to all three components was evident in the T-shirt he wore emblazoned with the words, “Voice Treaty Truth”.

The Voice was far from a “gracious request”. Activists who championed the Voice called it “a black political force to be reckoned with” and “the first step in redistributing power”.

The longer version of the Uluru Statement mentions the goals of “self-government”, “self-determination”, “reparations” and “a financial settlement”.

Division and Lies

The No referendum result wasn’t just a rejection of the divisive Voice.

It was also a rejection of divisive treaty-making.

It was also a rejection of those activists who have no interest in telling history in the round, but instead, seek to rewrite our past in the most hostile, unforgiving and unbalanced manner imaginable.

The referendum result was emphatic, with more than 60 per cent of Australians voting No, and more than 54 per cent of Victorians voting No.

And yet, last Thursday, the Victorian Parliament passed the Statewide Treaty Bill, which will bring about everything a clear majority of Victorians voted against more than two years ago.

Victorian Premier Jacinta Allan and her Labor Government championed this Bill because they never accepted the referendum outcome.

They stand condemned for their defiance of democracy and for their refusal to accept the will of the people.

In passing this Statewide Treaty Bill, the hubristic Jacinta Allan has given her middle finger to every Victorian who voted No and to the democratic process in general.

We all know where this treaty leads:

Victorians will be divided by race.

The activists will be empowered to pursue their goals of reparations and segregation driven, as they are, by retribution and resentment – not reconciliation and forgiveness.

And Victorian children will be taught a distorted and revisionist view of history so they are indoctrinated to feel national guilt instead of the national pride they should feel for Australia – a country where our achievements and successes far outweigh our wrongdoings and failures.

Vote Her Out

While Premier Allan has succeeded in passing her Statewide Treaty Bill, she presides over a failed state:

A state where taxes are through the roof.

A state where debt is soaring.

A state where energy prices are skyrocketing.

A state where crime is out of control.

A state with a CBD beset by professional protesters of the revolutionary Left almost every weekend.

And a state where a biological man and convicted child sex offender can be incarcerated in a women’s prison.

The only way for Victorians to fix the state they love is to vote out this referendum-defying Premier with her warped priorities at the election next year.

It’s beyond time to give this incompetent Victorian Labor Government the boot and begin to reverse a decade of decline.

Outrageous, these politicians are there to do the will of the people not follow their own mislead agendas . I’m not only sick and tired of this nonsense but genuinely concerned about the path Australia seems to be taking.

How has Jacinta Andrews got away with this? She has defied the Westminster System (which she claims to uphold). Isn’t this treasonous? A “treaty” within it’s own people is like tying a shoelace within another shoelace. It does not work. We only have to see how well the “treaty” Jacinda Adhern implemented with the Maoris worked to know how well J Andrews “treaty” will work for Victoria and Australia.

I hope you can do it! Jacinda Ardern did this same thing to the whole of New Zealand. It will never be the same again,

Following the previous comment, how do you enter a treaty with your own citizens, unless your plan is to undermine the concept of citizenship, altogether? This mindset, being upheld at the moment by people like Allan, Albanese and other woke elites needs to be discredited and undone quickly before our country is destroyed, altogether. This will take, not only courageous people like Jacinta Price, but a proper form of education which proves the abomination that these policies are

Thank you Jacinta for your enthusiasm for what is truly good and right.
Indeed ‘The Voice’ was a highly divisive attempt. I think any Treaty in our Nation would also be divisive due to the inherent nature of such.
Remembering (including reminding ‘Kevin’ from his comment above) that we can read in The Holy Bible that in God’s eyes ‘there is neither Greek/Gentile nor Jew but all are one’ – we are all one people in God’s eyes. And as I have heard/read ‘we are one race – the human race. So we need to stop and avoid treating people differently according to race or any other attribute. Certainly forgiveness is essential and of course to love one another just as Christ loved and continues to love us.
True Christianity is not about going to church or even simply reading the Bible but it is essentially FOLLOWING JESUS CHRIST. And seek to know Him more and consider what He would do and indeed what He wants each of us to do in every situation, especially regarding our Nation, our people (ONE PEOPLE, ONE NATION).

    In reply to Kevin.

I feel you are being very harsh on Senator Jacinta Nampijinpa Price. I feel you have heard what she has said and not paid attention to her message. You seem offended by the words she has used to describe Premier Allan’s disregard for the majority of Victorians she has been elected to represent and missed the Senators concern that it is a few who have gotten the governments ear to push a particular agenda that is divisive.

I have never heard Jacinta Nampijinpa Price profess that she is a Christian. Whether she is or is not I do not know. That does not mean that her views on a Christian site are invalid or to be ignored. Indeed, to reject her comments because they are not presented in the way that some would prefer would be to limit free speech, something that the Victorian government and Australian Labour government seem only too willing to do at present. WhetherJacinta Nampijinpa Price is a Christian or not is irrelevant to the matters she raises.

Wisdom should be recognised as wisdom, no matter where it comes from. May I suggest that you show some grace towards her, whether you agree with her views or not. To those who have responded to the Christian faith we need to remember that “it is by GRACE you have been saved through faith– and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God– not by works, ” Ephesians 2:8 Let’s show more of that grace to others.

I am not aware of the Daily Declaration limiting the articles to only Christian contributors. On the Canberra Declaration website regarding freedom it states

    FREEDOM
We defend the vital rights of all Australians to freedom of conscience, freedom of speech and freedom of religion. These freedoms are foundational to an inclusive democracy and are the lifeblood of our nation. We oppose any legislation which effectively denies or limits these freedoms.

Protect our freedom and democratic rights.

Sometimes God will offend our mind to reveal our heart and to get our attention. There are several references in the Bible where God does this.

May God continue to bless Senator Jacinta Nampijinpa Price as she raises her voice against those who would want bring a racial division to Australia only to look after only their own interests.

I support Senator Jacinta N. Price because she respects and defends the Australian Constitution. She has accepted to be a guest speaker at The Australian Monarchist League. She , her mother and I have much personal experience of the evils committed against women and young children by Aboriginal men. This is all swept under the carpet, not to be mentioned. The abuse is left to continue! She should be commended for her criticism of Jacinta Allen’s godless , Far Left govt. which has brought moral and financial ruin on the once great State of Victoria. Both the Nationals and the Liberals have nothing to offer Australia–they share Albanese’s Labor govt’s godless, irrational, woke policies which attack freedom of speech and impose on us censorship which means we are threatened with prosecution if we preach God’s Truths from the Holy Bible . Both Labor and the LNP are responsible for Australia’s problems and trillions in debt. Senator Price is just trying to save Christianity and her country, Australia, which she loves but, she has suffered personal, unChristian abuse on
this Site . Australia with its policies is on the road to ruin but we are not allowed any criticism of the Albanese govt. The LNP is on the road to extinction and Australia will become a ONE Party State like Communist China which Jacinta Allen and Albanese so admire ! Will we survive a nuclear WW3, or,like the people of Sodom and Gommorah will we be destroyed ? Stop attacking our own (Senator Price ). DIVISION is what Russia, Iran and the Communist China pay spies , the universities, the Demonstrators every weekend and Australia’s Media to undermine us. Pray that we avoid nuclear WW3- because that’s all we
have left. China is now stronger than the USA ,so, in about 5 minutes China can destroy us.God bless senator Price, Hastie MP and the few other honest souls who work to save Australia from its own stupidity and division. It’s no longer a united country, but, ghettos .

The Premier has done more than destroy the things mentioned in the article along with the one, Andrews she replaced.
I live regional and have cancer. The hospital where I am doesn’t even have a DR and I have to travel an hours drive away to see one. There are so few Drs in the towns close by they won’t see me as they won’t take new patients. Two hrs driving through the bush back and forwards on pot hole riddled roads, getting tail gated by road trains, worrying about roos coming out of nowhere feeling sick. The state has been destroyed and the health system under the Andrews Allen govt is in utter ruin. I feel like they want us to die.
