It’s incredibly sad that it is supposedly okay to kill babies, but seals and trees get the sympathy vote. As Berard Nathanson said at the end of the film Silent Scream, “For humanity's sake, here and now, stop the killing.”

Let’s recognise the silent epidemic around us and be part of the answer for these women, men, and families that are hurting. To those hurting as a result of abortion, know that healing is available for you. Jesus came to comfort you in your grief.

By praying from a heart of thanksgiving for all those in authority, we may find that, just as Roe v Wade was overturned, we will also see evil legislation repealed. Then even the unborn “may lead a tranquil and quiet life”, which pleases God our Saviour.
