Vatican officials have announced that Pope Francis died early on Easter Monday at the age of 88. Catholics around the globe are mourning the loss of Pope Francis, but his papacy has had a mixed reception.

Recently, debate commenced on the Abortion Law Amendment (Health Care Access) bill which would, amongst other things, further chip away at the freedom of health practitioners to conscientiously object to participating in abortion.   

In a few weeks’ time after the federal election, we will either have some sort of conservative government in, with all its faults, but with at least some really good MPs among them, or we will have a Greens-Labor government in, further destroying what is left of Australia.
